The location is ok. The hotel is near Lugogo mall, plus it's a safe and secure area. I booked the hotel for two nights, but the price seemed excessive given the average service quality. I had considered extending my stay for a third night, but I decided to explore other options. The staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional, and the breakfast options were overly spicy, with no tea bags, coffee, or hot water available when I went down. Additionally, the cashier counter only opens at 10 a.m., which is inconvenient for guests wanting to pay and check out early, especially for a 24/7 establishment. My room window faced the kitchen, resulting in disruptive noise from banging cooking pots and the staff chatting early in the morning, which affected my sleep. Overall, I didn’t feel the service justified the high rates charged

The room was very small for the price and there was outside noise. There was a water shortage.

The breakfast was the worst part of my experience. There was a lack of variety and the food served seemed to have been left overs. There was no coffee and I was served my tea in a water cup. refer to above.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly On check out they struggled to get the Eftpos machine to work. I offered to pay cash in shillings but changed my mind when the conversion rate they wanted was about 20% above normal. No coffee at breakfast Nothing normal for westerners breakfast but they made a French omelette but no bread or toast and no spreads just strange bakery things. I suggest breakfast at the coffee place 5 minutes walk. You have to pay there but it’s worth while compared to the free breakfast

Location is perfect, high end neighborhood in Kololo and clean room Facility is old, needs renovation. Everything is old, dining facility is old and tired, poor quality linen and furniture used. Furniture in the room is old, worn out leather chairs, bathroom needs renovation. Generally hotel needs thorough renovation.
