The room is clean. Staffs are nice. The location fits my need. I had 2 stand fans. The one in the living room was not working. The one in the bedroom worked when I just went to bed. But it stopped in the middle of the night. The property need to ensure that appliances in the rooms are working.

The room was spacious and good. The restaurant at the hotel was nice too. Some of the facilities in the room looked old, like the wardrobe. but I did not mind that. And the room I had on the ground floor is not soundproof so I can hear some noise from the outisde like if they are playing music in the restaurant, but I also did not mind that much.

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, especially the Waitress Lynn and Manager Nathan. They are amazing they made our stay memorable having a first timer in Uganda. I dint have to move with cash on as Room posting is applicable. A soft bed for an anniversary celebration was magical ? Definitely a come back. The towels are worrying. They seemed to have been used by a whole world but still put at work. Towels from white to cream. For people with sensitive skins it was worrying lucky enough we had moved with our own.

The location was convenient for my travel, and the staff was accommodating. The bathroom had mold, poor drainage, and a missing shower door, making it unsafe. The noise from a nearby school was disruptive early in the morning.

Breakfast was so great (the best thing is not having to prepare it yourself) and the staff very welcoming. The swimming pool is long and best wifi is at the bar, which is perfect to work a bit remotely and chill at the same time. Also the Infinity hotel is very well located in the heart of Kampala, just near the ethiopian village on one side, with a more kampalaesque vibe, and the diplomats area on the other, with gentrified places where people who seek that can find good wifi spots, coffee, trendy restaurants and designers and dairy-free stuff :-) The bed was creaking quite a lot... these pieces of furniture could be replaced or maintained probably. I enjoy a weak wifi signal as it gets me more focused on my writing but for some it can be an inconvenient.
