Ewange - A Casa Mia

Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. The room was not as advertised. The view was not as advertised. The amenities in the room were very inconvenient. The swimming pool was dirty.

Breakfast was awesome and fulfilling. Staffs had surved the food on time. The taste and cleanliness made the experience worth rememberance. The location was bit tough to locate. The cab service was the toughest to find in that location. But the overall experience made it compromising

No wardrobe in the room, no table and the location was far from the main road and the venue. No easy for some drivers to find. The room on the picture was different to the one offered on my stay.

Very good choice and very large quantities

The bed was comfortable and there was a decent shower. The place was clean and lovely inside. They allowed us to change dates even though it says not allowed. Despite these positives it was overall the least favourite place we stayed on our trip and very at odds with the rest of Uganda and the wonderful service and food we received. A long way from most things and not easy for taxis to find and get to. Breakfast was poor compared to everywhere else we stayed over two weeks in Uganda. They provided a menu but we never got what we ordered.

We loved this property so much it was the most beautiful garden I’ve seen in my life. The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms wasn’t the best. But they offer alternatives and it works great in the living spaces.

Lovely place with wonderful housekeepers! Very friendly and helpful. A table in the big room would have been comfortable to work from.

The house was super cozy, big enough and clean. Beautiful garden and views from the balcony House is located on the top of the hill, so it is difficult to get on the street to go shop

The environment was peaceful and family friendly. We appreciated the house rules this was a good reflection of who Elena and James are and their values. We were impressed. The TV channels

Lovely place, high Quality furnishings, comfortable very clean and lovely people,

Everything was on point. And Shedrik is a wonderful caretaker. The slope into and out of the gate is sooooooo steep, our car had a hard time navigating it and got some slight damages underneath.

The hotel is on top of the hill with the most panoramic view - and even nicer at night. The room was exquisite. Very big with a very comfortable bed. I treasured sitting on the balcony more. The breakfast was nice too. I wish the African tea could be improved though as other hotels around Kampala make it better with spices and not just a tea bag. Hendrix is a nice caretaker of the place. Didn't like the lack of flexibility since i wanted to leave a day early but i was told i would pay the full stay- yet other hotels i have stayed in around the world over the last decade and half through booking.com occasionally have always had that flexibility. The trade off for the tranquility, and position of the property is being far from a lot of amenities.

The property is as set up on a hill with the most amazing view overlooking the town and also Lake Victoria. It also has a beautiful garden area that is well kept. The bed was very comfortable as well! I loved the balcony and the view from it, too.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the water pressure was very good. The caretaker was also very professional and took very good care of us. The place is just as it looks like in the pictures too. There were no room keys to the room I was sleeping in.
