It is very beautiful and well organized It is frustrating that no room has everything one needs.

What I liked most about this hotel was the peaceful and green environment surrounded by nature. The atmosphere was very relaxing and refreshing. I also really liked the hotel’s interior design — it was elegant, modern, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had a calm and welcoming ambiance that made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. However, the only thing I did not like was the noise coming from outside, which could sometimes disturb the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast! When we checked in, there was a large brunch happening at the pool. One of the main reasons for going was to enjoy pool time and it was over crowded and filled with tables for part of our pool day.

Property has 2types of rooms, the high end ones are very good and clean One staff was so rude and not cooperative, we hadnt liked the rooms we had booked and requested to be moved but she wasnt willing to help, we got only supported when another one called Nancy came the next day.. so we had to stay in rooms we ddnt like for 2days.

There is nothing I don’t like

The hotel was absolutely beautiful,perfect and the staff was the best. The La patisserie restaurant had us wait for breakfast for over an hour off the menu,someone called Angella, apparently there was no buffet for 9th when i extended my stay, my boyfriend and i eventually left without it with a 5 minute promise that became 30 extra minutes.

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were cleaned everyday. I wish breakfast ran till 11 everyday and that there was more variety on the menu.

Beautiful, natural, clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place is conveniently located close to key amenities. The bar and restaurant are among the best in the area—perfect for family outings, couples, and lovebirds seeking a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. got the impression that room service is politely discouraged. I ordered a meal for USD 15, and the room service fee was USD 14—almost like the food needed its own hotel room.

Clean property and professional staff. Breakfast is decent. The wifi was weak and inconsistent at times. The AC in the room was weak and took a long time to cool down.

I liked everything. I’ve stayed here before but in the newer rooms. This time I stayed in the ” older“ rooms but the room I got was fabulous! It had more space, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker and a lounge area for guests. Nothing I can think of.

1. Internet was not good at all.

The staff are quite friendly and the rooms and pool were kept clean at all point. The breakfast menu had great options and the complimentary massage was perfect for me .Loved my stay here
