The best thing is also the problem: it is right next to the main bus station. Great for catching an early bus, but don’t expect a noise-free environment. Hotel has all you need - WiFi, good shower, reasonable restaurant, comfy bed, some international TV stations. No airco, but adequate fan.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Helpfull staff. It's a good hotel, large room, good mosquito curtains and beautiful view over the busstation and Kampala. Didn't get proper change from the lady in the bar. She made a mistake in the bill. Corrected it but still gave me too little change. I was tired after traveling for 15 hours so I realised later..

It would have been good to know that the facility is right to a very noisy bus station. That became a deal breaker for me. I moved to another hotel. However, if you do not mind the location and want to be closer to the action in town, it is the place to stay. They were able to refund my money though it took more time than promised.

Breakfast was good with an abundant variety of hot food to select including an omelette prepared in front of you. There was no air conditioning only a fan and it was warm and humid outside. The Television channels for a Satelite TV could not display any channels to change.
