Breakfast was okay , Bathroom and the rooms were okay and neat Room Tv was not working The locks to the room were faulty and every time i moved out, we had to call reception to open for us. No dinner at the place. had to order from outside the premises Ropani sign post at the gate not visible enough at night. I actually passed it and had to return back

The swimming pool and the close location to a home ive got in ndejje The shower was brocken,the water pressure was really low,they were understaffed and what staff were actually there just relied on two people who worked like trojans to keep things going on ,and to try and give us a nice time,,our room got changed to a smaller room(i did actually agree to the request off the hotel just never realised the other room would be sp bad)the door lock was faulty the a/c had a mind of its own and i couldnt get the t.v to work(i went to reception on our first day to report t.v and a/c and still no one came to fix it it by the time wed left)also i got unformed by a member of staff that it was pointless looking at the food menu as the hotel had zero food in stock Ill not be staying there again even if igott offered free accommodation. Things have taken a big downward spiral from the last time i stayed Its a shame really as hotel has some great potential

+ guarded free parking + a personal request was dealt with wonderfully (thanks again!) + spacious room + nice garden + good breakfast + good mosquito nets + early breakfast + the first requested early breakfast was over 30 mins late + room was nice, but everything is a bit old

great place but they need to keep up with time, it seems the last renovation was in 1970. staff was good and the place was awesome. pool was clean with on duty lifeguard. the food was horrible between the greasy toasts to the carrot and green beans Margueritte pizza ( 2+ hours to get it , we were unable to eat it and returned it to the kitchen) I could not make them understand that I wanted a coffee for breakfast it was like an unknown item to them honestly the food was the worst anyway 90% of the menu was unavailable not even mango or banana juice.

Staff where really helpful and respectful,the food and drink were sold at a very reasonable price,pool was nice and clean and the had a lifegaurd on duty at all times which was good.Security in gate at entrance where unobtrusive but experienced.the room i was in was huge with a beautiful large patio area with a lake veiw and lovely land scaped gardens that had a varied amount of small birds There was a man made pond at the entrance that didnt have a flow of water going into it which caused it to smell and with the stagnant water comes mosquitoes,although the rooms were huge the decor(wallpaper and paint)was slightly tired.(if those points were addressed by the hotel it would be an absolutely fantastic place instead of just being good)
