The Location was great for what i wanted

A noisy location that's hard to access by vehicle. The traffic is heavily congested in the area. Rooms were decent sized but a lot of noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Several power cuts occured during our stay and there was no hot water. Mosquito nets would be a good addition to the rooms, because there were mosquitos even in the top floor rooms.

There is absolutely nothing I can say I didn't like.

The property is right in the heart of the city, and if you know Kampala, then you would know that the heart of the city is absolutely chaotic. If you want more peace and quite, then best book somewhere out of the center

The breakfast was very traditional. The security Albert was so helpful and the receptionist were very friendly. the chef was good too. i like the food i ordered.

The sfaff were very nice and polite. The food was excellent. They provide a very good tea . The location is in a very crowded and buisy area ,so difficult to access taxi or move atound .

The breakfast is very good and dinner as well. I have choosed this hotel for it’s central location. And a extra plus is the fact that you can have your drink, breakfast and dinner outside. That’s why I have stayed for the second time in this hotel! I missed a fridge in the hotelroom but I can live without it. And this will not holding me back to visit this hotel next time!

For either it private Issues or not Staff are friendly and collaborative ,Access to the City Center Good for shopping Its very noisy as the rooms are not sound proof ,and on their page on booking there says access to spa but there is no any Spa / Sauna ,The room are Hot as there is no AC on the room only Ventilator in which i stay

Superb

Location was interesting right in the middle of the busiest part of Kampala. The staff is exceptional. Even the manager heard I had a hard time finding a proper ATM he took me to one a fine man Tobias Can honestly say there is nothing I did not like. The staff was so great especially since I am a solo senior travelling

Property location is good..very busy area, staff also nice. When I reach hotel 2 rooms change because one room very dark and second room Ac not working and third room internet problem but still I stay there staff ask me to change room but i say no. Bathroom also very small.

Very friendly staff specially the manage , friendly and helpful. In the middle of hectic downtown with lot of noises and heavy traffic. Breakfast can improve specially free water or juice will be useful.

Location is great, very central Becky at the reception l, she has been very helpful The hotel is better than expected None, for the money its worth it
