A lovely, clean and comfortable room in a great location. Staff were so welcoming when we arrived, and very helpful throughout. We were leaving late so they helped with storing bags and using the shower before leaving. It's a shame the cafe doesn't serve food

The hotel must have been recently built as everything is new. Staff are nice and the hotel location is good - a nice 5 min walk into town from a quieter location.

The pool was nice, even though it was small. Would have been nice to have somewhere to lay out. The effort by the night receptionist was exceptional - trying to solve our air conditioning problems. The way the accounts department/management handle issues. Our first night we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in room 205, the night receptionist fixed it both times. On the second night – the air conditioning unit had issues again (twice), the night receptionist – couldn’t fix it, we finally asked to move rooms (11pm) and were given a smaller room at first, after several conversations finally given a slightly bigger room that night – Room 201. We were then moved the following morning to room 305 (same size as 205) as 201 was booked. Night three the gas on the air conditioner unit ran out (room 305) again after several conversations at 3am - we got moved to room 201 – obviously they did not want to give us a slightly bigger room, as it was still empty and was lying about the room being booked.
