We loved the family atmosphere, the people were really great, they were always there with a big smile looking to help us and spoke really good English. We had a nice big family room, with comfy beds. $5 a day motorbikes were great delivered to the door. Central location, 5 minutes walk to the nightmarket and 10 minutes to lots of restaurants. No hot shower just ambient temperature also a leak in the shower room that makes the floor wet all the time and no lift.

. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Very central location, short walk to many bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and it was no issue when we wished to extend our stay. Property is great value for money!

The room was clean as was the bedding so a good nights sleep. It was central so walking distance to all that we wanted to see and do in Kampot.

Not far from the center. Do not rent a motorbike here, it was quite old and you can surely get better one elsewhere for the same price of 5$.

Spotless clean and comfy rooms. Very close to the durian roundabout and the city life without the nightlife noise. About $2 tuktuk away from the riverside accomodations that will rent you kayaks to visit the Green Cathedral (in my view it makes more sense to stay in the Happy Family area to explore the nightlife and have better priced and far more interesting dinner options). It's facing the main traffic artery of Kampot so it gets noisy with traffic, mostly during the day. You could get a higher floor room to escape the noise a bit, but be aware they have no lift.

Spacious room, quite clean, central location. -A lot of mosquitos in the room! I would have given maybe 9/10 but the amount of bites I had after leaving this guesthouse was crazy! My room was closed and I did not open the window but still they were flying in the room every day -no laundry service
