For me everything is very good. Just one or two thing i would like to recommend. Don't let anyone smoking at the bar or restaurant site, limit the volume of their personal speaker.

The location is great, the facilities are good and clean. And most of all, the staff are the nicest, most helpful and most friendly that I have experienced in Kampot. They are not pushy or intrusive but still are very hospitable when you do have an inquiry. I can't express enough how pleasant my experience has been staying here. Also, if you have a pet, I would recommend here even more. My dog has been very happy and I didn't feel unwelcome when walking her

Very cute bungalows, mine was right on the water which was perfect to relax in the mornings and evenings I was the room closest to the restaurant so it sometimes got a little noisy but wasn’t too bad

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, I love the private balcony. And the foods are good too. The room is very old, dirty, and not so hygienic. Some facilities are already broken. The front door is not fully closed which is quite unsafe. And there’s no proper bathroom amenities. I found the cockroach in the bathroom and on the amenities. On top of that, the loud noise from the restaurant and the common seating area is very disturbing. I experienced a group of foreigners who partied and drank until 2 am.

A lovely riverside location just a 5 minute tuk tuk away from the main area, amazing value for money and the staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very helpful with any requests.

The walls were very unsecure from bugs and mosquitos. The beds were horrible for comfort, and the floors and walls weren't even on the hut on the river, and the door didn't close all the way. We moved to a hut down the driveway off the water and it felt alittle more solid, and was alot quieter. Really nice facility overall for the area.
