New hotel with large nicely furnished rooms Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for breakfast due to technical problems, however, we were refunded some money to compensate for this unavailability. Not having breakfast didn't bother us as there are numerous places in town (10/15 min) walk away. TV channels did not work during our stay

the bathroom is not what i would prefer. the arrangement in the bathroom is not right as the water get all over the place when shower as it is was face to the bathroom door.

The room was nice, modern and spacious. Location is about a 5 minute tuktuk from town which is handy. Lack of facilities in the hotel. No laundry service, very limited food. The breakfast wasn’t of good quality for the price asking ($10). Better off saving your money and eating within the town as it’s cheaper. There was no bar access. The pool was only in the sunlight until 3pm which meant we couldn’t lie out after. There was loud music playing every night from a neighbour which played all night long. This hotel is suitable for 1-2 night stay. This hotel has potential but better value for money and comfort in surrounding hotels in Kampot.

This is very brand new boutique hotel in town with great location, very clean and comfortable room, it has ground floor swimming pool at least you can try after a full day trip in the charming city.
