Clean, three WC's and shower rooms, two towels provided, quiet, location, Sky bar, Toyn is a nice manager Some aggressive dogs outside sometimes

Great place , very comfortable and the location is perfect. The owner is very nice and helpful with everything . Clean and beds are comfortable the AC is very cold , water always hot . Nice little bar for beers and coffee downstairs and a rooftop bar with a great view . Great value . They even let me keep my bags there when I traveled too the islands .

For the price, I couldn’t ask for more. Perfect location, reliable hot water and aircon, and most importantly, a super comfy bed. Great value and I’ll definitely be back.

The location is great and the rooms are basic and decent. I spoke with the manager and complemented his snake ring, where he then flipped me off, lowering all his other fingers and just leaving his middle finger up. He did this twice in our conversation, despite the conversation being polite. It was disrespectful. Maybe it was just being playful but it didn't feel hospitable at all

The location is great, right in the center, close to the good places to eat. The rooftop is nice with a beautiful view, and the best is the staff, they are so nice and helpful and remember your name. I loved it. The beds in the dorm are capsule beds so 3 walls and one curtain, means that it gets quite hot during the night even though I was right in front of the AC.

Cheap hotel in a great central Kampot location with a nice owner. Scooter rental at par for price with anywhere else in the city. Good no frills accommodations. Rooms are a bit dated and had a musty smell on entry

Very close to the river/ tourist centre - free towel and good storage locker - bring your own padlock ? The mattresses need changing ! Bed bugs !

I loved staying here, from the super comfortable bed to the lovely views to the very charming and helpful Pip. Excellent property with everything you need. Great having a fridge and a kettle. Close to all of the restaurants and cafés and just next to the river for an evening stroll. 100% recommend staying here! Absolutely nothing..
