The room was huge compared to other hotels in Japan. Bed was adjustable for elevation of head/legs. Spacious bathroom as well. The "midnight snack" of noodles was an appreciated touch. Location is up a hill. Fair walk to the closest convenience store. Apart from the hotel itself, restaurants would be distance away as well.

This was a lovely hotel w wonderful front desk staff. Onsen was large and clean. Didn’t eat the food but staff warmed what we brought with us up for us. Really nice place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing

The space was truly relaxing & the food was impeccable. I am going to be daydreaming of those dinners and the breakfast bar! I didn’t know this when I first arrived, but there is also a shuttle to/from the JR station. The onsen was wonderful and spacious with different options depending on how hot you like the water. The room itself was large and comfortable. The room’s bathroom is a little small & there is no shower/bath in the room. It wasn’t a problem for us, however.

A great osen, available both mornings and evenings. The rooms are spacious, with large comfortable beds, a sofa and table. If you require meals, best to preorder. We ate at the restaurant on a previous occasion and the food was excellent.

Value of money. The included dinner and breakfast are out of my expectation. The quality is equivalent to the similar onsen hotel which the price is double. Nothing special to be mentioned

The spa is good and comfortable. The food (esp. dinner) is very tasty. We love it very much. The staff is polite and friendly. None

The hotel is isolated , it is very nice as a quiet retreat. Good and helpful service staff, when they found out that I was vegetarian, they did there bast at diner to satisfy my needs. The dinner , which was part of our stay benefit, is kind of a fix thing, and if you want to order other thing from the manu you have to pay for it ,even for drinks like orange juice, which is free in breakfast !!?

Great views and large rooms. The Western rooms were not well located so changed to a Japanese room. We are older and both have bad backs. Futon was super thin and had terrible sleep with sore back. Should have doubled up the futons as more in cupboard. Have slept ok on thicker futons before.
