Very clean I asked for an extra pillow in my room and they said I must pay 50 baht for pillow This never happened to me before and I stayed in many hotels all over the world

Clean, comfortable, good size, but this is what we paid for ? The construction and noise and the unwillingness of the staff to provide normal accommodation! When just 2 extra pillows were requested! We were told an extra charge would be incurred! All reputable hotels provide at least 4 pillows for comfort and accommodation

Room was clean and beds accommodated the 3 of us very nicely. AC worked well. The room was baron. A small love seat but no table. Bed ‘tables’ were at ground level. You almost had to get out of bed to put something on the bed table. The shower curtain was poorly constructed. It was basically held up by the exhaust fan on one end and the towel rack on the other and the plastic curtain was dragging the ground. They claim free coffee but they only allowed one cup per person each morning. If you wanted a second cup it cost you…..I’ve NEVER had to pay for a coffee in a hotel……and no instant coffee available either if you wanted it.

Could be a nice hotel. Public areas very nice. No parking. Room floor not clean, daughter crawled on floor and was black from the dirt. Bed very, very hard and uncomfortable. No attention to detail, example no clothes hooks in bathroom. No hot water so impossible to shave.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Thailand. The rooms design and amenities, while basic, were well thought out. There is an automated pump outside right below the room I was assigned’s windows that would loudly engage to maintain a water level. This pump would go off every few minutes into the very early morning hours. It seems like it was probably broken to be as loud as it was. Front desk was notified but were unable to assist.
