They didn't answer the phn. As a lady i faced a big problem to contact them unfortunately in the might night i have to find a nother place. I faced a big issue to find another place. One of the best hotel I have ever visited. Rooms were very clean, comfortable. Especially foods were superb and delicious. Most importantly i would like to thanks mr.Kasun for his friendly welcome and excellent customer service. The way he treat people were excellent. Also babies can comfortably stay and they served food for babies too. Thank you so much and highly recommend.

I stayed unforgettable night at this wonderful place with my friend. Love the amazing view and the location where you can relax your mind and soul. The place also cleaned and well maintained. Not only that but also the food was delicious and the soups they served were the best one The Staff was very friendly and very helpful to us during our stay. What I love the most is the calming atmosphere. Without any hesitate I recommend this place to anyone??

bed, room and amenities are confy and cozy. Highly recommended.they allowed me half an hour late checkout as well. I didn't like their breakfast on the plate. Because, bread was upset. Poor quality jams etc.

Lovely view across Kandy. Staff friendly. Food in restaurant freshly cooked apart from breakfast which was buffet .Not in heated containers so cold despite having full confirmation they said they didn't have my booking so the first night put in a horrendous room with no window, cracked sink and damp to the point where our cloths were damp the first morning. Had to move rooms 3 times and only there 3 nights. The rooms are reasonable clean but all the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been and all had water leaks somewhere and no ventilation. The restaurant has beautiful view, just needs the class windows cleaning also the paintwork. There are plenty of staff in the hotel so no excuse really

Amazing Srilankan-German receptionist with fine English and great manners. Budget room had a bit worse WiFi and cellphone signal and no window. Nice rooftop restaurant with a view of Kandy.

For a request staff was quickly attended. Even though check-out mentioned as 12pm, they said, their check-out is 11.30am and charged additional from me at a rate of Rs.1000 per hour. Further, they haven't issue a bill for both rooms charge and additional charge.
