A good location overlooking the lake and a short walk into the town.

bathroom was overall fine, AC unit is present but hardly working... the temp was set to 16 but the air felt lukewarm. the room and hallway had a lot of mosquito and i felt i had to fight with them half of the night. the walk to the proprety is very difficult by foot and you have only one route to take.

Decent hotel but overpriced, but the view & Location is superb. Very basic room service. No tissues were available in the room, and there was only 1 towel in the room.

Their hospitality was excellent. The behaviour of their staff is praiseworthy. 100% recommended. The rooms in the 1st floor don’t have the proper lack view. The 2nd floor is okay.

The view of the lake was amazing. Workers were so kind and helpful. The food also were delicious and not expensive. If l come Kandy again, l’ll definitely stay here.

Staff was very friendly. Very disappointing hotel. One of our most expensive stays in Sri Lanka, but also the worst. Bedlinen was broken, there was no fridge, room was very small, no view (we overlooked the roof of the restaurant of the hotel). They asked us to pay when checking in, which was a bit weird to me. We paid 60 dollars for a night, while we had lovely other hotels for as low as 15 dollars per night. All were better than this hotel.

Very, very helpful and friendly staff Beautiful location looking out over the South Side of the lake Excellent food available at any time I had some washing done - very quick service No hot water in the shower, but not a big deal

Staff very friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a problem with our room and drainage on the first night, so they moved us to a new room without any issues. Water and toiletries provided, hot water, and hair dryer! Nothing

The view from the hotel is amazing, but we highly recommend the restaurant. The prices are super, the taste is more super. Ypu should try their menu .Just delicious.. The reception guys were also very helpful. The room's AC was poor. No heating. No lift for the second floor
