I wish there had been an earlier time to check in, for an evening event there was limited time to get ready.

Great location and nice rooms If you are a light sleeper, be warned... there is zero sound proofing. You could hear all the water running and anything happening anywhere near your room

Nothing special about this hotel but they do all the basic things (cleaning, breakfast, general helpfulness) exceptionally well. They have the fundamentals down. I’d equate this place to the Tim Duncan of hotels.

The breakfast was good. Easy check in and check out. The bath sink faucet was hard to adjust. The tub was a little slick once soap or shampoo was in the bottom of it.

The room was clean. We were right by elevator so it was loud all hours.

The people are very nice and helpful. But this property (clearly recently renovated) is still not up to Hampton standards. The lobby and b’st room are one, the hallway smells, the bathroom walls are sloppily repaired and mold under the soap dish. Hilton is getting greedy with the franchise members the are accepting. Very enlightening.

Convenient location Tub needs safety strips to prevent falling or slipping. Took shower and footing became slippery

I’d recommend requesting top floor, any others are gonna be SUPER loud! Our entire trip we could hear every moment of those above us and the tv from room next door. Booked specifically for proximity to our event, for breakfast and also for laundry facility which was out of order (traveling with smelly sports uniforms is not ideal). Would only recommend for location to events, otherwise this was really a disappointing stay. Staff however was great!

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel door was hard to close, I almost had a slam it shut to ensure it was closed. Also, there was an issue with the bathroom door handle.
