Clean room

Everything was “OK” till I got in the shower I got stuck in there, and got locked in because the door knob fell off and I couldn't get out. Thank God I wasnt alone or who knows how long I would of been there. I didn't have my phone with me either. After I finally got out, I called the front desk and told them what had just happened and the respond was that it has happen before. So that meant they never actually fixed it! I was so annoyed because this rooms are not cheap to stay in and thats the only thing they told. They didn't even offer to fix it. For the rest of the day/night we had to deal that someone had to help open the door from the outside. At check out all they told us was they couldn't do anything and we had to wait for Expedia. I was not happy at all. I would not stay there again. I know things happen, but I also know is their job to fix it. And they didnt even try.

Very clean everywhere, very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We loved our stay, one problem is the bathroom is across from the bed and the light can be disturbing to others in the room. Maybe, if there was a separate switch for the light over the toilet and the light over the shower at the other end -that would be better so you could just turn on the toilet light at night.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Nice, clean place. Busy breakfast, but the staff was great at keeping it stocked. Pool is a tad small, but with worlds of fun and oceans of fun right across the highway, who cares!

The breakfast staff was terrible, as soon as they put the breakfast out they went and stood right by the food with their arms crossed and starred at everyone's plates. They spoke Spanish and I do too they were talking about how much food was on people's plates and saying rude things. I travel often and never had this happen before it was a terrible experience it made me feel like never going back to that hotel again. Sucks because the rooms were clean and it was very close to worlds of fun but for the price I paid I shouldn't have been treated like that for using an amenity I paid for.

We were were traveling as a family of 6. Not only were we able to stay in the same room, but the room was comfortable and spacious! Breakfast was delicious, and everyone found their favorite breakfast food! We will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone traveling this way!

I loved the queen beds as an option for the same price as one king. The rooms were very clean, and I loved the desk in the room for business purposes. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 am. Some signs said 6am, some said 6:30am. I specifically chose this hotel because they had an early breakfast, and when it wasn't ready I didn't have enough time to quickly grab something before my business meeting. I have been to many Marriotts and this was not the typical breakfast. The only hot item were egg bites. If you have food allergies like I do, be cognizant; there were nuts out in the open, and the food options were an all in one type of deal, not individual meat, potatoes, etc. I ended up having to eat cherrios and a bananna. *When I informed the front desk that the breakfast was not ready, the response was "Breakfast is 6:30am to 8am, so it will be ready sometime in between then. If that is the case, that is fine, but people need to be informed, since I saw many business people up early waiting for it to be ready.

Bathroom floor was moist and sticky when we checked in. The staff was very friendly. The pool was tiny and no hot tub. Parking was decent, breakfast was sub par.
