This was one of my favorite hotels to stay it. Everything was amazing, from check in to rooms to pool to beach to service. Can't wait to get back soon

Having never visited Hawaii, we kinda booked this place on a whim. It's a bit removed from the rest of the touristy hotspots, which was nice. The beach was close and quiet, the staff were amazing, the views of the ocean from the lobby/main dining area was beautiful. They have 5 pools, so you never feel like it's crowded. We had a great time. Will definitely come back here when we visit Maui again.

It was isolated from many of the resorts on a cooler and luxurious feeling Hideaway. Everything was spotless and the hotel itself was exceptional. It is windy and at times it does rain however it did not interfere in any way with the pool or other activities. We did rent chairs, an umbrella, which we could not use very long due to the wind on the beach.

gorgeous views from the Hotel, lovely walk to beaches, amazing food, great service and ambience bars and restaurants could have stayed open later. Pool service could have been open longer.

Staff was great, especially front desk (Margie Ruiz) bellmen, valet and pool. However the property has not "aged" well. Last time we were here it was perfect in every way. Since Marriott has take over the attention to "detail" is not there. Examples, pool deck not clean in the morning, frayed fringe on beds, AC hard to use, need for paint. Paying top price, should get top everything especially the look!

早上6:30居然有人冒充house keeping 敲門，手中還拿著水瓶。Valet 的某個工作人員居然讓我們自己去拿車，check out後取車又是這個人让我們等了近十分鐘，完全不是丽茲卡爾頓的服務水平。前台兩個工作人員一點笑容都沒有。除了Kai coffee那個年輕的大眼晴的工作人員服務非常體貼之外，还有 banyan tree 餐廳工作人員很好之外，沒什麼可以誇獎的了，我懷疑這是丽茲卡尔頓嗎？

Beautiful resort to visit. Really clean, great staff and amenities

Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel taxes for the week that we were there.

The resort occupies a premium spot in an exclusive part of the island and is very relaxing. The adults only pool is a nice touch and the hotel rooms were very clean. The fire pit patio was a nice touch. We were given a room with a connecting door which unfortunately meant we could hear everything next door including low-volume conversations. We requested a different room but were informed they were all occupied. Furthermore the hotel is quite a distance from popular tours and activities so a car is essential for first-time visitors. The bars and restaurants are also very expensive, but that comes with the territory and is to be expected. Overall, not a bad stay, but for the price, I’m not sure I’d say again.
