Very nice hotel with very large, comfortable rooms and a good location. Our oom was tidied up daily and it wBreakfast buffet had many varieties and the food quality was very good. We had one of our dinners at the hotel restaurant and the food was great as well. as clean. We stayed at this hotel because we couldn't find accomodation in Ischgl and it was very easy to travel to Ischgl. We used both our rental cars and shuttle bus. The hotel is on the main road and the travel time was around 10 minutes. Parking places were sufficient. We felt like we were scolded many times by several staff of the hotel; about things like closing time of the breakfast buffet, ordering an omelette, closing time of the lobby bar. We know the rules are REALLY important in this culture, but we never had such an experience in other similar hotels in the alps. The main hotel doors close at 22:00 and the entrance is through -1 level with the room card.

Perfect 10! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and the convenient underground parking made getting around a breeze. The location was super accessible, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Totally recommend this place for a fantastic stay! The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the single, mixed-gender sauna where you have to be completely naked. We respect their culture, but just wanted to mention it here in case some guests might feel uncomfortable with this arrangement.

We had an amazing stay at Auhof hotel. It is a family run business and the service is exceptional. Right next to the Kappl cable car and to the sports store where you can rent the skiing gear, the location is unbeatable. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, simple and with enough variety, you can have fried eggs o omelette apart from everything on the brrakfast bar. The room had a beautiful view to the mountains with a smll balcony. Thr bathroom was very spacious. You also get your spa rope and towels. The spa is open in the afternoon, with 4 different types of sauna, it was perfect to relax the body after a day skiing. We also had dinner at their restaurant one night and it was really good. We recommend you make a reservation to secure a spot. At night Kappl is very tranquile but if you want some nightlife, you can drive or take a cab for 10 min to Ischgl where you can find several clubs. We highly recommend this hotel,we will definetively come back! Nothing negative to note, everything was well or above expectations.

Breakfast and access to the Kappl gondola. Free shuttle bus to Ischgl The owners should clean the icy area in front of the ski lockers.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel in Kappl, Austria. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite a mix-up with our booking dates, they managed to help us sort things out seamlessly—a gesture we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is traditional yet impeccably clean, and the value for money is unbeatable. Our stay included breakfast and afternoon brunch, both of which offered a great selection and were perfect before and after hitting the slopes. Although the evening meals weren’t included in the price, we decided to dine at the hotel for all three nights—and they were absolutely delicious! Every meal was prepared to a top-class standard and felt like such a treat after a day of skiing. I stayed here with my 4-year-old son, Finn, and it was perfect for a parent-and-child trip. The location couldn’t have been better: just 50 meters from the main gondola, with ski-in access right to the car park. Everything was so convenient, making it stress-free and enjoyable for both of us. The ski resort itself is ideal for families. The slopes weren’t overly crowded (possibly because it wasn’t peak season), which made for a relaxed atmosphere. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and family-friendly base in Kappl. We’ll definitely be back!

Superbly situated right next to the main lift station for Kappl and also the ski bus stops for Ischgl & See there was not a moment wasted. The hotel itself was wonderfully welcoming and the wholesome breakfast was enjoyed in the orangery overlooking the beautiful white capped river and forest. The hotel was spacious, meticulously clean with saunas, massage rooms, wine cellar and even it's own apres ski bar so you want for nothing. There was absolutely nothing not too like! Breakfast at 7.30am meant you could comfortably feast and easily make the first lift at 8.30am. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is not in the main village but peacefully on the main road so it's a scenic 1 mile gentle walk up a snowy path to get to the beautiful church and other attractions.

This is the second time that we spend our ski holiday in this hotel. Everything is great from the staff, the room and the dinner. We really enjoyed it and will come back for our next ski holiday?

This modern hotel, situated on a bustling road, surprisingly remains relatively quiet during winter with closed windows. The excellent blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep. The spacious rooms feature a refrigerator, comfortable beds, and quality linens. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Conveniently, the ski room is easily accessible via a side entrance on the first floor. The spa complex, while small, offers various saunas, a relaxation room, and a modest gym. The buffet breakfast includes a variety of options. The so-called "included dinner" is more of an afternoon snack from 15:00 to 17:00, offering a limited selection of dishes—typically soup and dessert—without drinks (including tea) unless purchased separately, a detail not mentioned beforehand. A proper dinner is available later at an additional cost. Additionally, the rooms tend to be quite warm with no temperature control.
