Great location and very clean. Amazing and helpful staff. Staff were always very responsive and went beyond expectations in facilitating needs. Water pressure is sometimes a bit low. But not something to worry about.

Everything was excellent. We had a great stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location, service, and overall atmosphere were all great. Everything was smooth and enjoyable and we would definitely stay again. Honestly, everything was great. We had a very positive experience overall and there was nothing significant that needed improvement.

Very good options. They have a pre-order menu that one can use. A bit congested location - but manageable. If you consider its other benefits, then this is not so much a problem.

The staff was really helpful, check in was easy and they were able to accomodate me for an early check in. The room service was very fast. The room was so clean, the comfiest bed and I really was impress with the bathroom and how clean and spacious it was! Location is also great I was able to walk to the main road with all the cafes and restaurants. I would definitely come back and I do recommend The food at the cafe wasn’t the best for breakfast but it was still very decent for an included breakfast ! Other than that everything was perfect

The staff was really kind and professional. And the room service was really fast. The room itself was very nice and clean. The view of the things that I didn't like was one. The noise control and this was the biggest issue we had. The doors and the window of the room are not properly sealed. I had this issue where one time some other guests were taking pictures and having a loud chat right outside our room door in the middle of the night, which causes a lot of disturbance. Second time there were very loud noises coming from the building next to the hotel in the middle of the night. And throughout the stay, we were constantly getting noises from other rooms of other guests which is not the guests fault because they're in their room, it's just a lack of privacy. Also one last thing is, the hotel needs to start keeping some actual mugs and couple plates in the room as well. Throughout our stay, the room service was leaving 1 sometime 2 paper cups for coffee or tea which was not enough. And every time we were using those we had to go get new ones from the cafe. I think it's just wasteful and feel cheap.

Exceptional stay spotless rooms, warm staff, great location, peaceful ambiance, delicious breakfast, and flawless service. Highly recommended! There was nothing I didn’t like everything met or exceeded expectations.

It is very modern, super clean and very helpful young staff, anything i requested was instantly provided, gave me the best spacious room, highly recommended. Somehow for the first night i had a smaller shared room but mattress ws v comfy but when they gave me the best room the mattress was hard, they should strictly have no smoke policy in the building, some guy ws smoking and all the smell came in to my room and ruined my sleep.

Amazing staff and always available on demand. Breakfast is nice and environment is cozy.

Uneducated people stay and party at 3am. Bad smells in the room hot water wasn't working.

Special thanks to Mr Hassan, Mr On Abbas and Miss Areeba. Very secure facility. We would definitely visit again. If you are visiting Karachi, you can stay in this hotel without any hesitation. Highly recommended.
