I guess, rooms need a bit of improvement and detailed dusting!

I like the staff and the cleanliness of the place. Everything was good, everything was great, Faisal Sahab is the boss, but he does corporate work, he is the best staff.

I found their staff very nice and helpful and everything was great.

There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom despite spraying bug spray multiple times. Their exhausts dont work so you have to sit in the smell of bug spray. Their rooms are filthy and disgusting with mould and rust on the faucets. They do not pay any attention to basic cleanliness. Even bedsheets were stained. We literally stayed out all day so we didn’t have to spend any time there. Additionally there was no seal around the balcony door, meaning you could hear everything on the streets. The hotel manager said they would make it right but stopped communicating. I came here for a weekend with my family and regretted booking this hotel. Would recommend anyone to look for better accommodation elsewhere.

The breakfast is good, but they don't have much options. All they have is omelet, paratha, tea and bread. They should add more to it. Some rooms have fridge and some don't.

It could use a lick of paint. And there’d be noises sometimes. But it doesn’t last. And as I was out most of the time, I didn’t have to deal with it.

The staff were so helpful and kind. Faisal and Ismail and all of the other guys took care of everything that I needed help with. Coming to Pakistan and Karachi for the first time there was a lot that I needed help with and they did 100% for me. The location was good, easy access to other parts of the city and the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Everything's was perfect location I like too much because Every famous places to very close to the hotel Tariq road sadder, 20 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from railway station markets shopping center are very close secure area family atmosphere Highly recommend. Maybe nothing

Bed and breakfast Nothing

I booked a room with double and single bed and it was given to another guest and I was offered a lower grade room. Rather than apologise, the management argued with me and then told me to cancel. Very rude and arrogant person. Staff are liars

Pretty friendly staff, they get all your room services done. Clean property. A little discreet place than mainstream hotels but secure and location is prime for public transportation convenience. Breakfast menu maybe limited and is average in terms of food but if you request, they get you outside food as well. Lastly, they do allow outside food deliverys to your room but I was impressed that they arranged a sitting on the roof sitting area and they served it to us when we had guests over.

Location is idea, almost center of the city, Can easily approach industrial estates mainly. Good business friendly location I can say. Breakfast didn't try! Outside hotel, cleanliness is zero

I was made to sit with my family in a single room where there was no such facility as mentioned on web site no terrace and then after 01 Hr once they could not arrange any room for my family they transferred me to some other rest house, where I had no choice but to stay force fully. The rest house had no room available on my reaching at the place.
