Mr hamza is a wonderful person , so friendly , so helpful and patient he listens intently and helps enthusiastically , but above all he is an honest person , i forgot several thousands of their currency at his desk and totally forgot about them but he came to my room personally and on his own and gave them back .. thank you mr hamza for your honesty and hospitality. Once i ordered some simple tea but it came after a really long time even i reordered several times , what makes me mad about this was that every time i called the receptionist was comfirming that ETA is 5min. max but simply took about 2 hours , to be honest this only happened once and the waiter apologized alot about it.

Mosquito problem in the room, we were on the top floor, however the staff was helpful. But the smoke caused a bit of distress too.

I stayed here before, and the experience was okay at that time, so recommended it to my colleagues. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful, didn’t provide breakfast claiming it was after ten o’clock yet the breakfast had been booked well in advance. So my colleagues would not stay here again. Staff was rude, not accommodating and as most were, according to their own statements, newly hired, they were clueless. Unfortunately rooms weren’t too clean either.

Nothing It is located at very dirty surroundings. Right in front of building there is garbage dump place. Facility is managed entirely non professionally.Dismal breakfast and cleanliness.

It's good and comfortable. I ordered lunch but they didn't have anything, then i ordered tea in the evening and they told me milk was not available. I think these kinds of issues need to be looked at on a serious note.

Nothing at all... it was a mistake to book this. Nothing near to value for money. Only AC was good No locks for room. Everything is broken in the room. Bed was so small. TV was out of order and even the telephone to contact front desk was out of order. The boy at front desk Awais was all k hum kya ker sakte han.
