Aston Anyer Beach Hotel

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was small and smell of chlorine was strong. Not much food choices for breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately the children's pool was under renovations so the big pool had a lower water level than normal.

Upgraded, more spacious lobby, offering a nice view to the beach, the beach is completely safe to enter and play, food tasted very good, much food option to offer, they offer starbucks! Lovely, all the staffs are friendly, service are improving, room was clean and properly prepared. I went to this hotel a few times still always fascinated with the convenient location, the price are also affordable. Asking for additional pillow from housekeeping, and for bellboy to pickup luggage while check out is very late and unresponsive, water dispensers available on my floor when i was staying were left empty, google assistant available in the room not very helpful for calling frontdesk and housekeeping, always saying "who do you want to call", just only call room service, please use telephone back with extensions to make the guests easier to contact PIC in emergencies

Beach hotel the room is small

Staff very friendly, the breakfast very good the room is not comfortable because there is an unpleasant smell. bathroom and towels smell bad. the extra bed has a hard mattress, the toilet seat is rusty for the flush button, and it wobbles when you sit on it. we ordered 3 rooms, there should have been a bottle of mineral water each, but 1 room didn't exist. when leaving the hotel, the hotel clerk questioned it because the bottle was paid for. but finally it was resolved because it turned out that 1 room had not been put a bottle of mineral water by the hotel staff.

Good ocean view and private. Food is good. Parking neary easy for access. Great for relexing for ocean view. So far prefer as staf very helpful.

We had the villa with ocean view. The room was amazing, the view was breathtaking , and breakfast was great. Overall we had a great time. The noise from outside was super loud with loud music. From 6am until 9am and then continue in the afternoon until 5 or 6 pm.

Beautiful hotel with a private beach. We didn’t have a car and there were no real restaurants close by.

Very nice by the beach. Nice and very clean room with terrace and private pool. At night and early morning there were fishermens around the villa, which make slightly uncomfortable.

- The view from the pool to the ocean - The location -The staffs not really nice , especially for staffs at the reception desk & housekeeping. - The room was a bit dirty. - One more thing I can't order a portion menu for dinner, instead there was only a buffet available which was cost a lot for standard menu. Definetly It won't be my first option if I go to anyer again.

Okay Room cleanliness needs improvement, beach not as we expected, too many flies at the restaurant.

Breakfast lot of menu Shampoo makes hair frizzy. Maybe you can replace it with another brand that makes hair smooth
