The staff was very attentive and friendly. I was setting off on a hike alone and they provided a staff to accompany me. Of course I gave him something, but they were clearly interested in my well being. The food is very good from the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good. The housecleaning did a great job every day. The pool and hot tub looked to be well maintained The gym was not open very early on Saturday and would have been fully closed on Sunday, but they very kindly opened it for me. Gym is roomy. The equipment is old. A few cardio machines don't work. But there is more than enough equipment, including dumbbells, to get a good workout. The tv in the room only offered one channel

Meals were fresh and well prepared, the rooms were clean, the location and proximity to Karatina town is a big plus. Front desk staff were not so friendly, the facility is run down, No smart TVs, WiFi coverage is horrible, and the amenities were somewhat substandard.

Convenient location though one of the room we occupied was noisy. The rooms at the back are less noisy. The rooms were comfortable and clean with all required amenities. Freshia at the reception was excellent in her welcome and customer service both on telephone and in person when we arrived.. Hotel facade needs repainting. Lack of a lift. Noisy rooms at the front and side.

Breakfast was very good No complaint on the noise level Finding no parking space charged more than the advertised amount No spare blanket on such a cold night

Easy-to-find location right on the A2 highway, with good security. Very friendly and helpful staff Cleanliness is very good The restaurant has a huge menu. On any given day, several items will be out of stock, but once you find something you want that they have, the food is pretty good. It has a big swimming pool, though at this altitude, the water is too cold to stay in for more than 1-2 minutes. The building and rooms are pretty run-down, so on first impression it doesn't look very nice. Rooms have only one power outlet, right behind the TV -- my adaptor wouldn't fit into it, so I could only charge my devices in the restaurant.

Loved absolutely everything. Location, comfortability, cleanliness, friendly staff?? Aaahm. The rug (carpet) in the lounge Very old and dirty. Everything else is great. Oh and the swimming pool area needs sunbeds and perhaps beach towels.
