We asked for fried eggs at breakfast, and the staff were very happy to do so. The shower was small, and the attachment didn't work. We didn't use the pool, but the pool rules seemed excessive - no jewelry and swimming caps for long hair !

Nothing! The room was completely dirty. Where to start? The overall experience was unacceptable! The room was a health bomb for any logical human wanting to stay in a room. I will just point out certain facts. Hair was everywhere. The bathroom was FOR SURE NOT CLEANED. It was like someone had pissed outside the toilet and nobody cared to clean up before the guests checked in. I personally went to the reception and asked a cleaning kit TO CLEAN THE TOOM BY MYSEFL. So what did I pay for?

The location was beautiful. The hotel is run down and overpriced, air conditioner in both rooms were not working, there was no cold water running out of the basin, the soap they provided was sticky, the bathroom door did not close, the rooms were mouldy and smelt of cigarettes. They had a smelly chair as a bedside table. They gave us a single sheets instead of double. Staff were unwelcoming and when we told them about the air conditioners they said they had been serviced a week ago. So many rules about going in to their pool we didn't dare go anywhere near it. The only good thing is the location.

The location of this hotel is great for having more private beach access.

The view Everything, DO NOT book this property. The hotel is totally misrepresented. The bedding configuration was not what we booked. We booked 2 rooms and they didn’t put us next door to each other (we have children). Rooms very dated, grubby with no facilities. Black hairs in beds and on floors in both rooms. Blankets unwashed, beds very uncomfortable. One power outlet in whole room, fridge not cold, not shower curtain, bathroom flooded when showering. Advertised lovely pool; in reality it was old and paint peeling, when the kids came out they had staining from sides of pool on their skin. No lifeguard even though we were told there was. Rules for pool ridiculously restrictive and discriminatory eg. No sunscreen allowed, ‘no injured, diseased or wounded people allowed’, don’t wear jewellery to name a few. Pool opening hours were stupid, our kids were the only ones in it and the owner told them off for having fun. There is no bar or restaurant as was stated on website and the place is on the edge of the town. It is opposite the ocean (50 meters) but there is no beach as the rocky terrain makes it inaccessible. Owners are passive/aggressive and very unhelpful. Had to ask for hot water every time I wanted tea or coffee - supplied by myself. Breakfast was a joke - no fruit, unappetising and stale and we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves we had to ask for it. Overall just awful and totally overpriced.

The location was very nice but I do not understand why the name of the hotel is Kardamili Beach Hotel yet there is not a BEACH in front of the hotel. Just rocks with 2 rusty stairs to reach the water. The breakfast selection and quality were very poor. no yogurt, no fresh fruits.

A renovation at the lobby and in the rooms would be a good idea as they look a little bit old.
