ACCESS Resort & Villas

I loved the swim up pool which contributed to the beauty of the resort. While the lobby and the external parts of the property was beautiful, the room, especially the bathroom seemed a bit run down, not what I would expect in a 4 star property.

Amazing place loved the room and the staff! It’s a peaceful space and lovely break away from the hustle and bustle! Air conditioning needs a good service!

The room was very nice & clean, the staff was friendly. The area was walking distance from the beach, many vendors and a touristy area. The pools were clean and beautiful. The daily breakfast was great, they tried to switch it up with variations of food daily. The pools were not heated at all so a little cold at times especially if the sun does not hit the pool connected to your room.

The resort is beautiful and large. The staff is very kind! The room is spacious, and there was access to the pool, which was a lot of fun! The bed was too hard, and the water was yellow, but I think that this is common in the islands.

The large rooms with swim out access to the pool. Nothing other than location to the beach (a 10 minute walk)

Facilities were great, staff were very helpful and friendly. Location, it was a bit of a walk to get to the main street where the restaurants were located.

Everything was perfect. When we arrived they upgraded our room and gave us the private pool room. It was lovely. The staff was very nice and attentive. Everything was very clean. Maybe the shower system could be updated.

Very clean, beautiful location, hotel food was really nice too. Staff and hotel manager were very accommodating! Always helped us through the day including making sure we get taxis which were at a good price.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the staff and to be told that we were given a free upgrade to a private villa due to a mistake in their booking system. Nothing.

Accommodation is set off the main road so it was quiet. Great all you eat for breakfast with lots of variety. Good sized rooms, we had one with access to the pool. Swim up bar. Restaurant with live entertainment (background music). Staff were friendly and professional.

I arrived at 9.30 am and my room was ready. They had found my booking from 5 years ago and had welcome back on the bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I felt safe as a solo lady traveller.

Fantastic hotel with amazing swim up rooms. All the staff friendly and helpful. Short walk to Karon Temple and night market and to the bars and restaurants at Karon Beach. Our second time staying here, and have now stayed in both Green & Blue wings. Already booked our 3rd visit and can't wait to return. Nothing

Loved the pool swim ups , room was ok size . And the delivery breakfast by the lady in the boat was fantastic Had an upgrade from green to blue not sure what that was as rooms looked the same but even tho upgraded asked to change as we were in a very shaded room 278 . Stuck in the bottom / corner of hotel . Also so tiles in pool areas need replacing and repairs
