What I enjoyed most was the hotel’s thoughtful service to enhance sleep quality. Guests can choose from different types of pillows and soothing scents, with staff coming in to spray essential oils on the pillow according to your preference. They also provide relaxing tea and an eye mask, making the experience even more comforting. The bed itself is very comfortable, and everything is kept impressively clean. My children especially loved the facilities—there are three pools in total, which kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. None

Location, hotel territory and facilities - great! The air conditioner sound is very noisy, like you are on a plane flight. The variety of choices in restaurant is vide, but not all of them are quite good - for example, if you are willing to try authentic soups, better to go outside.

Everything was all in one The shower handles and the walls were old. The carpet smelt like a wet carpet. Had to have the AC on the entire time. The basin being in a weird place and the mirror was not lit properly

Staff, the young lady who cleaned my room was so lovely and thorough. The manager AmAm was the most helpful manager I have ever met in any hotels I've been. She went out of her way to provide help when I needed it. The majority of staff at Centara Karon were Awesome. Prices and horrible cocktails. Every price for food and drinks was almost as high as Australian prices so didn't eat or drink much there. They really need to get advice on how to make good cocktails. Pina Coladas were shocking.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice pool, convenient shuttle . There was a strange smell near the elevator. Many red small ants on the desk in the bedroom. I ate at the seafood buffet and got very sick two hours after eating . Vomiting +++ and Diarrhea +++ Management dismissed my illness and stated no one else got sick. Some of my food was prepared in front of me and I suspect some were not well cooked. No compensation was provided. I would avoid the seafood buffet . I left immediately the next morning and forgot some of my clothes in the room. I had to contact the hotel to inquire about my clothes.

We loved the facilities and the overall layout of the resort. The pools, the variety of dining options, the gym, and the beach access were all great. We were also upgraded to a fantastic room on the ninth floor with a beautiful view, which was a wonderful surprise and truly enhanced our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for our 5-night stay. The main downside was the approach and attitude of the staff. Interactions felt very robotic, strictly limited to rules and procedures with zero genuine hospitality or empathy. Anytime we had a request or a concern, instead of trying to help or find a solution, the response was simply “no” or “you have to pay.” We felt that the priority was always money rather than guest experience. A few key issues: • We were asked for 5,000 THB security deposit at check-in — something never mentioned before booking. • Charging 100 THB for a laundry bag, which normally worldwide is complimentary and replaceable throughout the stay. • No one reviewed our guest profile or acknowledged that we work in the hospitality industry in Dubai, and fully understand international brand standards. Expectations for genuine service are high in a resort setting, especially one representing a big hotel brand. Overall, these service gaps really impacted the impression we had of what could have been an excellent resort experience.

The staff was very helpful. The co cierge service was also great. Clean rooms with a lot of facilities. The hotel is just 350m from Karon Beach.

The staff were exceptional—very friendly and accommodating. I loved my stay so much that I extended it for a few extra days.

Property has been recently renovated. I have stayed there before and after the renovation and it is great. They have entertainers around the hotel engaging with your kids and organising games (away from the adults pool). Buffet breakfast could be improved. There is such beautiful fresh fruit being sold on the street and the fruit options at the buffet are not reflective of what is locally available. They used to have a basketball ring in the kids pool that has been removed, this is plus have improved my kids experience had it still been there.

Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Plenty of choice for everyone at breakfast. We booked a superior room but it had no drawers or cupboard space for clothes, just one small hanging rack, we eventually managed to change the room to a premium room which was much better but after a 12 hour flight we could of done without having to hang around. Also there is an adjoining door to the next apartment which was always locked but if you had loud neighbours that shouted rather than speak when they woke up at 6.30 am it was very annoying?

The staff here are amazing. Especially the kids club, entertainment staff and the two men who worked the bar by the kids pool. All were so welcoming and helpful from check in till check out. The facilities here are really good. The kids pool has a splash pad and a couple of fun slides which kept our 2 entertained for our whole stay. The gym is well equipped and there's a nice view from the treadmill ? The room itself was a decent size, clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and we enjoyed a few meals at the pool club restaurant aswell. Make sure to book a pool view room as the sea view ones are quite a walk away from the pools.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and I loved how clean it was. I also loved the different pools. However the staff are amazing especially the entertainers. Nothing to complain about really.
