Modern building with good bathroom facilities and a rooftop swimming pool, spacious and clean room. The building is located right on the main road, so it's a minus because of noise and plus, because shops, cafes and rentals are one step away. We arrived around 6pm on New Year's Eve and it took a while for the host to find my booking confirmation, which made me a little bit nervous.

Location is great, 15 minutes walk to Kata beach. Many supermarkets, laundry, spas and restaurants next to hotel and on the way to the beach. Rooms themselves are decent and big. Breakfast is normal, could be better. Staff really friendly and helpful. Balcony views are breathtaking. Bathroom had an ugly smell. We had our 1 year old who was sick with food poisining so she puked and had a diarrhea, sadly, some went on the bed so they charged us 400baht for stains (they were small stains that could be washed in my opinion) and then the next day she had another accident and first they refused to change bed sheets but when pushing and offering to pay they accepted. For the bed sheets change we had to pay 300baht fee so that really sucks as little babies have accidents whether sick or not.

The property was clean, just as advertised, and the staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel is about 5-10 min from the beach and the main Kata road (perfect distance, not too close and not too far) and 7Eleven and other convenience stores were nearby also, in case you need to make a quick run for any essentials. Highly recommend! Nothing.

Room, balcony, and bathroom were great. Good sized room and places to put everything and unpack. Shower was good. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool looked nice although we didn’t actually use it. Convenient location, close enough to everything, but nice and quiet in the hotel. Nothing!

The property is very well maintained, the staff are always there to help and very responsive, and the location is nice 7/11 is literally 30 seconds away.

I went on a solo trip and resided in this great hotel. The staff made sure I receive a warm welcome and taking care of me the best possible way. I want to say special thanks to the reception and hotel management personally of : Sasi, Josh and Rung. To Alice who served me breakfast with a big smile and made sure my day starts the best way!

Nothing - The most terrible experience in this hotel was that the room almost burned down. In the morning I woke up and saw that the whole room in the smoke that went from the air conditioner with a terrible smell of burning wires. There was a full room of smoke, but fire brigades did not work, if I had not woken up, then apparently he would have caught fire, I quickly called me to another number, but no one even apologized for this - apparently, this is constantly happening. - Also, air conditioners stink when you raise a temperature above 21 degrees. - Get ready for the fact that the entire bathroom will always be filled with water, since the shower flows, also, the pressure is very weak. I would not write this review if it weren’t for your employee at the reception - Lucas. He was so rude and lazy that I could not help but leave a review. The hotel administration must dismiss this terrible employee as quickly as possible - he is rude and lazy, will do everything to do nothing - Horrible experience! Decide for yourself whether you need to live here

The option for luggage storage the location, nearby everything, we used foodpanda the price was affordable both taxidrivers to and from the port were reliable really nice rooftop infinity pool 7/11 across the street reception staff very helpful a little too crowded night market, lots of russians we borrowed cutlery from dome kata cafe

Room was clean, the view from the pool was nice, breakfast was ok Not sure is it in any room or just our, but glass door in shower is slightly moved down so it’s hit the glass wall. If you shut the door with some force it might break. It is dangerous and might cause injury. Check room 406 As well view from the room………. Not the best one: 2 construction side, some tents like for homeless people and construction garbage just next to the building…
