The pool area was great and a nice option to cool off after being at the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit of the drainage.

the location, pool and staff were friendly we booked a family room that siad it could accommodate 5 people, however it only had 4 beds, the shower didn't drain, the toilet blocked easily, the rooms were filled with bugs and smellt like paint

friendly staff!! offer airport transfer. good location and close to market/beach! also offer shuttle to kata/karon beach which we didnt end up using room wasn’t the best, needs renovation, broken wardrobe. plug sockets in the most random place. there was power cut whilst we stayed and also noticed the pool wasn’t that clean when i got in it! was expecting better for the price but i think kata is expensive area

The hotel had a great location, with a short walk to the centre of Kata and the beach. You could also walk to Karon or take a Grab/Tuktuk. The hotel was great, we loved the pool which was nice and big and had plenty of sunbeds and a baby pool too. Scenery was stunning, lots of trees, flowers...my girls loved picking up the plumeria and placing it in the water pots for them. Food was also reasonably priced. Room could do with an update and we did have quite a few ants in the room.

Location is ok, tucked away from the busy part of Kata, but not too far from shops, restaurants etc. Garden around the hotel is nice. Dirty water in the pool. Room terrace not cleaned regularly. Dirty bedding in the room, we found blood stains on it, went to ask hotel staff to change it which took them 2 days before they actually did. First 3 days we only had intermittent water supply. Hotel tried fixing it but couldn't. We asked for a room change and were refused as hotel was full. The quality of the service compared to what we paid is unacceptable.

Location was pretty decent being near super markets and stuff It’s terribly noisy and you can hear the dogs barking from next door along with the loud music and sounds of a girl crying (not sure what’s that about) in the middle of the night. Decided to check out early and booked another place after just one night staying there

Location was good, also pool area and staff was nice. Room was really noisy, i can hear neighbourhood’s voice all the time and you can hear traffic if your room is on the first floor.

Free water every day and smiling people that carrying the luggage and cleaning the courtyard and the pool side.. I m a solo traveler and had booked the room by the pool so I can be relaxed while I was in my hotel. They gave me the room G-1 that was probably the only one from the pool rooms that wasn’t renovated. The furniture and particular the closet was damaged and dirty. General everything was sooooooo dirty and full of spiders everywhere that I wanted to cry for my choice.The fridge seemed that never cleaned from the previous customers , the bath towels was full of holes, sun-beds is dirty and the mattress on them was disgusting. In the shower you could not adjust the water so my bath was either cold or just hot.Bugs and spiders everywhere.. on the walls, in the closet by the bed on the curtains..I even had spiders on my pillows and even that I had to clean so i can sleep my right hand is full of bites ?. I took some pictures and I went to the reception and when i mention the problem with the bugs and the spiders they sprayed my room immediately but obviously that wasn’t enough for someone that pays more than 105€ per night. The worse part of my stay in Thailand so far. I wanted to leave immediately but I had already paid around 12000b for 3 nights that wasn’t refundable

Lovely smaller private resort. Nice pool, nice room and price worth. 3rd time we stay here. - that talks for itself :) There was nothing that we did not like. Highly recommended resort in that price range.
