Location, cleanliness is great with family. We had a 2 year old with us and everything is 15 mins away. Staff is very helpful. We extended our stay by 2 days. Would definitely recommend it

Location Poor cleaning, the hotel needs renovation (old furniture, mould and rust on the bathroom fixtures), the room was not ready for our arrival, high noise levels, the air conditioner smelled musty. Breakfasts are sparse and not tasty.

It’s close to everything. Shower its very nice since has a lot of pressure, bed and pillows very comfortable also the pool its very nice on the roof.

The breakfast is average, no options, just standard breakfast with not much of options i did not like anything in this hotel, the room smell very bad, sewer "odor smell spoiled my stay

I loved how the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is honestly didn't like and it's not the hotels fault but other guests were not very considerate. At night I was awoken to screaming and loud voices in the hallway from other guests and another example at the breakfast buffet I witnessed hotel guests handling food without the provided utensils. I saw guests touch and grabbing the bread and fruit with their bare hands.

Nothing to dislike on property but the area gets closed by 9:00 pm and restaurants open after 11:00 am. It was kind of dead area

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options and egg omelets. The hotel provided room cleaning service every day, and they did a great job.

My stay at JonoX was amazing. Very convenient. Few minutes from Karon beach. It’s very chilled. The breakfast is great. The staff is always cleaning the rooms. I was really happy with my stay.

Everything was good – the room was clean and the breakfast was tasty. My windows faced a noisy street where music played until 2 AM. It didn’t bother me much, but if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind. It was also nice that smoking was allowed on the balcony. Overall, I recommend this place – it's close to the beach, near a street full of cafes, and there are several 7-Elevens nearby.
