Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the converted bus, it was amazing value for money, very clean and had everything you need inside. The staff were lovely, in particular the man who drove the shuttle bus to the beach, such a lovely man he was so kind to my daughter. The little restaurant had an amazing view and great breakfast The location was slightly out but a nice walk plus hotel provided free shuttle

Pretty good hotel. For the low price it has a pool, nice rooms, a restaurant and very attentive staff. The only thing I did not like is that the property is open, so everyone can enter at the hotel and that feels a little bit unsafe. But I suppose the zone itself is pretty safe. We did not experience any problems in that regard.

Clean and quiet All ok

It had free shuttle buses to Karon beach. The pool area was nice. Staff are very nice and friendly. We expressed our unhappiness with the room we got, and they were kind enough to upgrade it. Hotel’s pictures definitely look better than its reality. We were very disappointed with our experience. Breakfast was limited. There were lots of construction happening in hotel area, and so much noise. Hotel is in a tired shape overall. We even had problems with our door lock.

It was quiet, free shuttle to the beach, nice pool, good rooms.

Very outdated, staff was not welcoming. Had to ask for fresh towels multiple times and they always said they had run out of them. Location was not great.

A special thanks to David at the pool bar — he truly made a difference with his amazing service, friendly attitude, and great drink recommendations. Every afternoon at the pool felt even more relaxing thanks to him. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Phuket. We’ll definitely be coming back! One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. At times, we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which slightly affected the comfort during our stay.

Property was very nicely maintained and the staff was wonderful! Our only issue was that it was hard to cool our room down. AC only works while you are in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower flooded, toilet was broken and lots of maintenance issues in the room

The hotel itself is nice! We found the rooms clean, breakfast good, and the staff friendly. We especially appreciated Bua, who gave recommendations and helped us call a Grab when our ride got canceled. Bua is friendly, informative and really wonderful! The only downside is the bus rooms absolutely bake, and your key is required to be inserted to run the AC, so you can't leave your room and leave the AC on. I understand this is common, but know ahead of time that if you book the bus rooms, they will be hot when you are out. The AC does cool the room overnight though. The location also wasn't great. We don't mind walking places, but the road from the hotel to the beach doesn't have side walks and is really busy. It isn't a great walk. There is a hotel shuttle to the beach, but it only runs every two hours, so plan ahead.

I liked everything, starting with stuff and finishing with room services. There is no such thing

The pool space was lively and big but didn’t have many loungers.

We had one of the VW rooms. They aren't well insulated and the ac was really struggling to cool the room. There's also a timer of some sort in a hidden cabinet space that ticks, so I heard that all night. The second night the hot water heater was on the fritz. Cool then hot then cool. We would come back but try a room in the building next time.
