Very clean hotel, very well maintained. Very friendly staff who were very flexible about arrival times. Large clean rooms, with excellent air conditioning. Central location close to the beach. All around an excellent hotel. There is no elevator. If you get a room on the upper floors (there are 5 floors total) it's a bit of a walk.

The location includes Lots of music and party noise at night till very late , not always easy to fall sleep !

A few washed out stains on the blanket but otherwise very clean The staff didn't speak much English but were very friendly

Location is good, budget hotel with nice dining area and cute coffee shop. Five stories building without elevator, better suited to young people, won't recommend for people with knees problems

Good location Air conditioning was very noisy, we didn’t get much sleep, we both have bad knees and found the two flights of stairs a little too difficult.

Very homey place. Ran by nice ladies. Great location. The front facing rooms can be noisy from bars and live music at night. No lift. We were on 5th floor. so stairs. We didn't mind. If mobility issues then it might be problem.

Hosts are very cooperative and helpful. Breakfasts are the best in the area. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious. The drain in the bathroom was a little clogged, we asked and they cleaned it for us. Towels are changed every day. We like to stay here and this will be our preference any time when we are in Karon area. Just keep in mind that they don't have elevator if you have heavy bags - however it's specific of all buildings here in the area.

Clean room Missing essentials and basics - not hot water ☹️. Kettle, cups and water but no coffee sachets or tea in room - what’s the point of having the kettle?!?!

Everything. Price, service, friendliness, cleanliness, location. Absolutely recommend and we'll stay here again when coming to Phuket next time.
