The entire facility was excellent. Clean. Restaurants tasty. Bar menus excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa services excellent.

Close to Krkonose mountains for short trips. Unpaved road from villas to the main hotel building (breakfast and pools) that is more or less ok in summer but not that much if it's raining. We were surprised to experience this in a 4*-hotel. Glass balconies are too close to neighbours to sit there comfortably. It was a bit packed in the pool on Saturday afternoon, kids jumped into the water and no one managed this. It's great to have fans to dry hair after swimming, but half of them weren't working unfortunately.

The hotel is amazing! So welcoming and family oriented. Anyone traveling with kids should definitely consider this place for a vacation. Even though the weather was pretty bad during our stay, there was a lot to do and the indoor pool was glorious. The food (although on a more expensive side) was also a very delicious highlight of our stay! I took one point in my rating down because of a few things I would not expect from a 5 star hotel, such as, spider (and spider webs) in our room, the room was cleaned only twice during our 7 day stay, very thin walls (considering how many kids stayed here it was kinda hellish), the kids corner having sharp corners on it's furniture was dangerous, not getting cleaned daily either and having some toys broken, the kids swimming pool accepting older kids who were not behaving very well, instead of giving space only to the youngest... etc.

My son had a great time at the hotel thanks to the Playstation room ? The swimming pool was directly connected to the outside, which was a great opportunity for me ? The open buffet breakfasts were great. The menu options in the Italian restaurant of the facility could be improved a bit. There were few options for vegans or vegetarians.

IMHO it is not 5* We didn`t have any cosmetics (cotton pads, ear sticks etc.) We stayed two nights, but we didn`t have extra water every day. The same situation with coffee: one portion per person for two days. Robe only for money.

Breakfast was nice even though that the restaurant was a bit crowded and sometimes it was hard to find a spot to sit. Outside pool and simple access from the suite to the SPA area was great. Restaurant in the hotel is quite decent, there was no need to even bother looking for anything else. Rooms are nice, new and clean, but there are few quirks to address - since all the interior is black, it does require a bit more light to be able to use cabinets etc, which is not always present. The decoration is non-existent, the room feel a bit plain - it get's the work done, but you are not necessarily happy being there. During the day, there is a music playing in the hallway and it's quite loud - you can hear it inside the room and there is no way how to escape from that. Also, when there is a loud neighbor - even across the hall - bad luck, you can hear them and there is pretty much nothing you can do. Restaurants are great, but for some reason service doesn't match the experience. It did take approx 30m to get any food to your table even though restaurant seemed to be quite empty. Spa area was nice and clean, the main attraction (warmed pool) is decently sized and there was no issues with using it even during peak hour. Two small jacuzzis was different story, the water was cold and there was a "line" to get there but it wasn't worth it. Sauna is small and it's not secluded from the main area, meaning people are using it with their swimsuit. Cooling pool is great though, it's a pity that this part wasn't done a bit better, it definitely has potential. Surrounding area has not much to speak of, there is a short hiking trip you can do, but it's better to have a car and go for Karkonosze or some other location, even waking around the hotel is not that safe (no sidewalks on the roads).

Spotless new Spa hotel among the hills. It is a new property so there is still some little things to work on such as some towel drying facilities in the rooms or a bigger Kids Club with more options for older ones.

The breakfast is great. The cleaning standards aren’t as high as expected. Hair was found in several spots. Also, staff aren’t very friendly/helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was nice, clean, really nice restaurant for dinner but we didn’t have breakfast as I’ve heard it’s not worthy. They are building this area around but you don’t get view there. You can park the car at the place for free. Whirpool is really nice and we’ve had a great time there so I can just recommend it.

Staff and cleanliness is exceptional. Access to the facility and landscape also great. beds and pillows are not comfortable as expected, that is the reason for early check out than planned time. also the name of the property is misleading. I thought the facility have termal pools, spa facilities but they are yet to start this facilities in next year, I booked the facility on the expectation that they have termal pool facilities.

Beautiful, modern, stylish, cozy and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Garden is exactly like in photos. Jacuzzi is a great bonus. Will come back!:) Only thing I can think of were the pillows (just one, small pillow per person), otherwise nothing bad.
