location Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience This hotel was clearly unprepared for our arrival. We were the only guests in the entire building, which should have made check-in straightforward—instead, it was a nightmare. I arrived at 16:30 (check-in is 16:00) to find the hotel completely empty. No staff, no reception, nothing. It was freezing cold, snowing outside, and after traveling, I was hungry and exhausted. My brother, who has diabetes, needed to eat urgently. The only "welcome" was a note on the door with a mobile number to call. I tried calling for 50 minutes before someone finally answered—only to tell me she wasn't responsible for the hotel. It took another hour before someone else contacted me with the entry code, and then an additional 40 minutes to finally get access to our room. Nearly 2.5 hours in the cold with a diabetic family member and no support is completely unacceptable. This level of disorganization and lack of basic hospitality is inexcusable. My advice: Stay away from this place if you want to enjoy your vacation without unnecessary stress and headaches.

The breakfast was good. Lydia the receptionist is very nice. There is no area where you can meet and play or chill outside from your own small hotelroom. I mean like a litte lobby with books or board games. + Our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for the rubbish bin to be emptied.

Very friendly staff, especially Mariola was super helpful and provided us with many good tips and also supported with advice. We loved the view we had from our flat, and the space offered by the apartment. Nice breakfast with basic but also good food selection which was complemented every morning with something unique like for example pancakes with cheese. The property generally is nice but might need a bit of updating.

very good location and close very key places by foot. no kitchen in the room or common place to clean kitchen stuffs , there are many coaches to sit , however lack of pillows are quite unfortunate
