Everything We faced an incredibly frustrating situation during the night with loud neighbors who turned on their music at full volume in the middle of the night. I immediately called the reception, but nobody picked up the phone. I tried to resolve the issue by myself, asking to make music turn down.Although they turned it down initially, they turned the music back on just 20 minutes later. I tried calling the reception one more time, but again, there was no answer. When I went back out to speak with them a second time They started shouting xenophobic insults at me, saying that I am from Ukraine and need to get out of Poland. I was completely furious and steaming with anger. I am not even from Ukraine or Russia. While I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the personal behavior this entire confrontation could have been avoided. If someone had been at the reception or had at least answered the phone, I would never have been put in this unsafe and deeply upsetting situation

There is not restaurant

I liked the "remote" location. The place is surrounded by nature and forest, and it is close to trails. It is situated in rather quiet neighborhood outside of the town - about 40 minutes walk. Every morning, there was a buffet style breakfast. This place has a small outdoor pool, indoor sauna with a small indoor pool, as well as a hot tub outside. All were able for the guests use. However, if you wanted to use it at a specific time, you had to reserve the facilities for a fee. We rented two separate rooms. The rooms had basic necessities such as fridge, coffee maker, and some dishes. However, the rooms were small. The room we stayed in had a very small bathroom with a tiny sink - while brushing teeth, water spilled around. Shower was a descent size, but the sink way too small.

Room was spacious and clean. The wellness - barrel outside with hot water on the edge of the woods was amazing! The breakfast was excellent. When we lost reservation for the wellness, they gave us the second part of the wellness for free. Staff was somewhat difficult and struggled with English. We made two reservations of the wellness. The first reservation was smooth. The second reservation was messed up - they double booked the sauna and we lost reservation of the barrel, which we wanted the most. The night curtain on windows was too short - it's like you have window 1.3 meter wide, but the night curtain only 1m wide, so it didn't provide enough privacy. There was a coffee machine in the room, but without milk and without coffee. We were told to use coffee machine in the breakfast room - but that was locked when we got there. They did not provide sheets for sauna, which was weird.

Away from the center, next to forest - good place if someone wants to hide and have some privacy. Curtains were narrower than windows - what resulted in limited privacy when it was dark outside and lights in the apartment were switched on. There was no place to hang jackets/outdoor clothing. Trash bin stood next to the window, there was no reasonable space for it. There were two coffee capsules. When the room was cleaned after 3 days, we received two new coffee capsules. Very strange to give only two capsules for two persons for three days… There were no bed drawers. Which means if someone wants to have something next to bed, it has to be on the floor… Breakfasts are served underground, in a room with no windows. Swimming pool is very small. It is rather for standing in water for a while than for swimming. And in general the pool space was not maintained properly.

The ventilator in the bathroom was broken and making a horrible noise. The swimming pool was in poor condition. The linear drain of the shower at the swimming pool was broken and there was lots of water staying around it. You could see and smell mold in different places of the swimming pool. The parking lots were very slippery, they could put some road salt.

The stay was comfortable and fine, the personnel was very helpful and friendly Nothing

Great quiet isolated location, forest views, amazing breakfast! Perfect for couples or a friends weekend trip We were not aware that the small hot bath had to be booked (and pay extra price), and it was fully booked for the day :(

A beautiful location, stylish accommodation and helpful staff made our stay in Lesna Kapiel really enjoyable. And a hot tub in the pine forest was a special treat) Highly recommended!

We had a really fun time at this place, staff were super friendly and the facilities were great. Food was also really good and the setting very serene would definitely recommend! I liked everything

Location is perfect. And general atmosphere is amazing. Nice breakfasts. Price is really high.

Breakfast was great!there was eggs,fruits,salads,bread spreads,juice,water We expected more lovely and generous behaviour from staff(receptionists,cleaning ladies) and knowledge of English or other languages.Challet was quite overused and dirty sofa.sunbeds on terrase were broken.heaters were not functional.

+ breakfast was okay + location and quiet area + sauna in the apartment + nice smelling soap I'm really disappointed with poor cleaning & hygiene standards. - misleading pictures. it's not located deep in the woods, it's just one of the many resorts in the area. so more like a countryside - stained towels and bathrobes. that was gross! - the sofa is heavily stained and requires deep cleaning - garbage bin sitting on the same shelf as dishes (pots and pans) is far from sanitary - the quality of the mattress is terrible. the springs were poking into our backs, we didn't get a good night's sleep - chipped dishes both in the room and the hotel cafe. come on.. - poor sound isolation, we could hear our neighbors talking and taking showers So a bunch of things to improve. This is unacceptable for the standard the property is willing to display and the price charged. Looks good on pictures, but the devil is always in the details. Can't recommend the place and won't visit again.
