Free parking. Noisy guests who were running around and knocking on the door.

Location, good breakfast. They charged me an extra 35 euros for my kid, whereas the reception told me that was fine. I was surprised to have my credit card charged for an extra amount.

Staff :senan,Ali ,Mustafa,Talang,Khalid,Mohammed and ikut were so nice and helful with smily faces they Allah work as one Team with love even Ali came to work during his vacation We were Three persons from saudia they really treat us so nice they even set up atable in the river and server us with free turkish coffee This is my 3rd time to visit this hotel really it is fun Also there are cars (buggy )to go for trip Also you can take a tapi to visit the glass bridge and Sopeli Nice placess to visit None

place was really nice surrounded by a lot of activities to do out of all the staff sinan was the best and most helpful he really helped us much and also got us an offer on the buggy ride we ordered an blanket at night and they took a lot of time to come but other than that everything was good

The location is located inside a forest, very green and lush The Hotel is very old and not well maintained at all. The room is very small and WC is for the smurfs not normal people. Very noisy with all the Quads going on continuously all day. We stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned our room. The carpet is smelly. Only great note, the breakfast, it was amazing and very rich and the waiters (Ali and Rajab) were so nice and so helpful.
