Late check-in. Perfect breakfast. Quiet location. Questionable cleanliness of bed linen. Thin walls won't let you have a good sleep if guest in adjacent room is snoring.

Breakfast was excellent! Beds are comfortable! there is a small yard in front of a Villa. If the weather is nice, and the grass is cut it will be quite good to be outside. Staff is supportive when you ask them for something. The whole property use to be quite nice villa, and if maintained properly could be great! I don't know where to start - first if I was the host and if I know few days before that I have reservation for that evening. I'll prepare the property - will switch on heating, hot water. Will put a vacuum cleaner trough the rooms in the villa. Will open the windows during the day to allow some fresh air in the rooms. Nothing of these things was done. The bed lining doesn't look to be change on the bed my daughter choose to sleep, so my wife goes to the host to ask for another sheets, so we can change them. If this things are too much for 1 night stay - just block this villa for short stays - put some minimum state for it.

There was nothing; everything appeared unclean and of poor quality. I cannot suggest this hotel to anyone. After booking a 4-night stay, I promptly checked out without hesitation due to poor conditions, resulting in a loss of my money.
