Beautiful new hotel. Very modern and close to all the sights.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff. Incredible room and brilliant experience all round. Location is also ideal and price is very reasonable.

It is 15 minutes from the airport by car. It is also 15 minutes uphill walk to many restaurants and shops. The front desk desk employee is super helpful and great. Breakfast is the same foods everyday

The hotel and rooms were spacious and very clean. Pool with food and beverage service was an added treat. The receptionists were always available to help make our trip amazing and lined us up with a perfect catermaran tour and hike to Oia. It’s a 25 min walk to Fira but a nice way to see the town there is options to get there by bud or taxi if you prefer. All the staff were exceptional. Overall this stay made our holiday an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to go to Santorini and we will definitely be back again one day!!

The seamless service carried through right until check out, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel staff and amenities were amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly and always tried to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast service was absolutely amazing, the gentleman always gave us ideas where to go and was pleasure to chat with. The bar service was great, we had some amazing cocktails while laying at the comfortable beach chairs enjoying the sun. Cleaners ensure we always had clean towels and our room looked spotless.

The hotel was gorgeous and finished to such a high spec I was amazed we got it for the price we did. The staff are what really made the stay a 10/10 both Denisa and Victoria went above and beyond to make our stay the best. I wished we had stayed longer! We told them our time limit and budget and they recommend several things we could do in that time, we managed to do them all and under budget. I even had a query about stamps and postcards which they not only answered, but solved by obtaining the stamps and posting them for me. Honestly, greek hospitality is something else. This will be a repeat booking for me for years to come, I can't recommend it enough. We only stayed one night, I wish we had booked longer!

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Maria and Denisa were exceptional. Gave us good ideas of places to visit and things to do. They always ensured we were happy and comfortable. The room was also comfortable and the private jacuzzi was so relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

We had a beautiful, comfy room with a huge private deck and hottub. The view of Fira was lovely, especially at night. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had.....a huge selection of food. The property and room were immaculate. The staff were fantastic.....so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Onyx Hotel & Suites! Nothing

Very nice hotel! We were met by Maria at the reception desk who went over and above to explain about the hotel, amenities, and things to see and do on Santorini. She even helped us book an afternoon catamaran cruise for the next day :) Our room was very spacious, with a large separate sitting area - way bigger than expected! Great pool area with lounge chairs, and bar with both drinks and light snack food options. Excellent breakfast! Very good location - only a couple of minutes from Fira. Only minor negative point was the rain shower head in our room was clogged quite badly - it likely needed a good decalcification. Other than that, we hated that we'd only booked for 3 nights ;)

There should be a shower next to the swimming pool.
