The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is not too far from the city, but there are quite a lot of stairs as the area is mostly on hills. Overall, still a comfortable and nice stay.

A newly built property with a modern interior, kitchen and facilities. Additional terraces located on the territory were you can chill, eat outside or work. Sun loungers for guests. Incredible views of the city, sea, and islands. The best location specially if you want to stay in for a while!

Amazing common area for yoga and work outside We have reserved the room with the sea view, but the hotel had two rooms of the same category located on different floors. Only of them had a sea view from all of the rooms. We were located below that room and from kitchen and bedroom we were looking at neighbouring hotel. So even if you reserve the sea view room with balcony, don’t mind to ask whether you are getting the top room on the 3rd floor, or the one below that has views only from the balcony. Either way you’ll be paying the same.

Communication with the staff was entirely online, but everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Despite the small inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for its comfort and stunning view. There were just a couple of minor downsides: previous guests had left some stains on the sofa and on the electric stovetop (hob), which slightly affected the overall appearance. Also, the location of the building is not the most convenient—it's a bit tricky to find, especially at night, as there is no proper street lighting, and I had to search for the place.

The apartment itself is excellent — spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, a large balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception is located about 150 meters away in another building, but they contact you in advance and explain everything clearly. The apartments are located on a hill, which gives you a fantastic view of the sea. The walk up is quite steep, so it’s something to keep in mind. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. I would have happily stayed longer and would definitely come back again. I really loved this place.

Location was great. It's a just a short walk into town. We didn't book a room with a balcony, but that didn't matter much, as the common outdoor space overlooks the town/sea with plenty of seating. Heaters worked well (we visited in February). We enjoyed the view so much that we extended our stay for a fourth night. It's up on a steep hill from town. Wasn't a problem for us, but something to consider if you don't have a car and are physically unable to walk around much. There wasn't a cutting board in our kitchen. The pans were all non-stick and scratched up pretty bad. The stove only fit two pans, and we were not provided a small enough pan to use both burners at the same time.

The room and bathroom has cleanliness issues (stains, dust, dirty grouting, and generally not really fresh odours). The terrace tub was unusable due to broken fixtures and leaking while water supply gradually became cold. Rooms lack soundproofing.

Wonderful property. Perfectly sized room, both cozy and spacious. Large balcony, which provided an extra space and was very enjoyable to use. Wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. Hotel and its amenities are located on different levels, which provides privacy, which is important. Excellent pool area, small, but very cozy and enjoyable. Views are absolutely beautiful, with tranquil morning skies and breathtaking, mesmerizing sunsets. Thank you for unforgettable stay!

I really liked this hotel. It’s on top of the hill, so you are far enough from crowded loud places, but still it takes only 10 min to get to the city center and sea by foot. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Flat inside was nice, there’s everything you need, but cooking pans are a little bit old, so I recommend to renew them. Pool is not big, but anyway it’s nice, spent there a lot of time.

It's very cute place with a breathtaking views over the town and the bay. The host was very helpful and gave us excellent recommendations about the town/ region activities. Hope we could have an opportunity being there again!

The shared facilities were really nice, the pool is really good and with an incredible view! The apartment itself is really nice, good space, you’ve got all what you need and is also stylish! The little balcony is just perfection with the view of the bay and the Mediterranean, cannot get better than that for an early morning coffee or a late night view of the town ! The staff really amazing! With the recommendations to move around like a local - and always ready to help you out! We had a really late check in and they made it easy for us, we organize everything before and simply arrive to rest with away!! Thanks a lot for that lovely stay! To get to the town you have to walk a little hill but for me that’s not a problem I enjoy it! But have that in mind!

It was a beautiful view It was impossible to reach the employees, everywhere was broken.

Location Was good , breakfast was good but too little choices and the woman at the reception was super friendly The guy at the reception was too tough and unfriendly. NO CAR PARKING, even a place to drop your suitcases. The parking next to the hotel costs 700 tl per night

The views and location of the property were great. However, be ready to walk up hill to get there, we decided to walk rather than using a cab. We stayed in the room facing the sea and it had a hot tub ? on the balcony, which was really nice. Our mattress seemed to have stained on it that looked like blood, but I’m not sure of the substance.

Amazing sea view and jacuzzi on the balcony. A parking close to the hotel was available but it has limited accessibility for small cars. The room was beautiful, modern and very clean. The city in general was very authentic, we really enjoyed our stay here. WiFi was working good. There were some problems with hot water in the evening.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Shower is big enough. Pool is ok. We arrived lately so host just provided us all needed information - very simple check in Pool water was a little bit dirty, should be cleaned more often. Also I sleept on the coach, so need noticed that it is not very clean on the folds, there are crumbs and dust

Amazing hotel. Pool is awesome and location on.top of Kad so easy to access the city on foot ( you'll have to climb up to come back).we didn't try the breakfast Nothing as we only spent one night it's hard to judge

Breathtaking view of the sea. Very clean and new room. Friendly staff, easy communication. The bed was comfy. It is on the top of the hill though, and the street going up is extremely steep. I didn't mind it, but it's good for other travelers to know.

This was our second time staying in Granda apart, and we still love it. We stayed in room 404, which offers a breathtaking view from the terrace. We enjoyed our time and would be happy to come back again. Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few things that could be improved. The room could have been cleaned better, especially in the corners, and there were some dirty streaks on the walls.
