The staff, helpful and friendly The room was at 8th floor, and there is no elevators in this hotel.

Calm and friendly located directly at the oceanfront. Beautiful view over the bay and towards Kastelorizo island. Nice and rich Breakfast! Super friendly staff!!! That we couldn't stay longer!

Cleanliness in the bathroom

Variety at breakfast was OK. It is was simple but quite good tastes where they are not throwing away the foods like any other open buffets. As Swedes says that Lagom "just the right amount" or "not too much, not too little" The view of the breakfast area was amazing.. And the staff, they were so professional and always having a real smile on their face. The location of the hotel is quite close to the center (5-10 mins by walking), the rooms are big enough and clean (everyday they were cleaning the rooms and changing the towels etc..) In front of the hotel, they have their own beach and the service level of the beach and pool staff (considering that they are working under 40C) was excellent. There is a small swimming pool just near by the bar and Tahsin (barmen) was a great service minded person. The facility has a car parking slots just in front of the hotel. Just be aware that there is not lift in the facility and if you are elderly or having little kids, can be challenging to climb everyday to your room. In case it is needed check with the staff and ask them to give you the rooms on lower floors, i m sure they will do their best. Otherwise, my health app was saying that I made great exercise during my vacation time :)

Amazing hospitality! The view was unbeatable, as well as the breakfast, food and drinks. Still dream about laying by the ocean at their beach club. Such warm, friendly hospitality. I forgot my kindle in the safe and they mailed it to our next location for us! We will 100% be back to stay here. A short walk into town too. Magical! The rooms are a bit small, but we spent all day and night out at the water or town.

The staff were fantastic. The view was stunning. The location was perfect in that you were away from any noise but a 5 minute walk from town The room could do with more storage space, better Wi-Fi and the steps to the pool needed attention

Great location. Clean rooms. Great view The front desk staff isn’t very friendly and also has an issue understanding English. We asked for an extra pillow in the night at around 8 PM and we were told to contact the next day. Toooooo many stairs to climbs to get to the room. Some comments mention about great breakfast, we have had way better breakfast in Turkey. The chef making omelet wouldn’t add salt to the omelet and told me that I should add it on the table.

Breakfast was good and nice selection Kas itself is so beautiful with lots of nice restaurants and shops. You can wander around in the evenings for ages Only thing that could do with improving is the beds were not super comfortable. Could definitely do with better mattresses. We didn't have the best sleep in those beds as they were uncomfortable and not that soft. Admittedly this may not be a big issue for others ? Also while out of the hotels control if it's windy which it was for one day we were there you can't swim as it's dangerous and rough sea.

Couldn't recommend this place more. First and foremost the staff are amazing, so helpful and were able to get us a steamer which was a life saver for a wedding we were attending. The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to town and the facilities (beach access, pool and terrace) are amazing. Can see why lots of the other guests were repeat customers.

Beautiful location with a view of the sea with a private beach. The breakfasts were excellent and the service even better, the chef fulfilled our every wish, everything was tasty and fresh. The ala cart cuisine was also excellent, all the food we tasted was excellent. The service on the beach was very good professional and clean everywhere. We would especially like to thank the waitress Sakine and all the colleagues. She always greeted us with a smile, willingness and helpfulness. The receptionists were very helpful and helpful from the moment we arrived, the room was always clean. The porter willingly helped you with your suitcases upon arrival and departure. So helpful, smiling and we have not met friendly staff many times even in four or five star hotels. Only a little weaker wifi, but that's probably the problem of the whole Kaša. Location!! Small rooms and even smaller bathrooms!

The location. The comfort. The cleanliness. The staff. The pool. Internet is a bit weak on the 8th floor except on the terrace.

Although we knew there was no elevator, the stairs were difficult for us. It is almost impossible to enter the sea at the hotel's own swimming area due to the waves and currents. There was a Red Flag on the shore anyway, and when we looked at its meaning, we learned that this flag is placed in places where swimming is strictly prohibited and where there are strong and large waves or currents. The room was adequate in size, but the bathroom was extremely small as written in other reviews.
