The location was awesome near to beach and the town center at the same time. Staff was very friendly and kind, I lilked them as well. Breakfast and restaurants sea view was million dollar’s worth. Fabio Pizza and its pizza was the most delicious one I ever had in Türkiye. Thanks to Deniz usta we tasted different tasty pizzas. The hotel deserved the paid money totally.

Love the breakfast! Facilities, inordinately clean. Good value for money. Enjoy the beverages in the rooms. Location is excellent.

The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the main tourist part of town, so it’s very quiet. The buffet breakfast is outstanding as is the on site pizzeria that opens for dinner in the early evening. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a beach club a short walk away that gives a discount to hotel guests. N/A

The location, the staff, and the breakfasts/restaurant here were all wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and helpful! It was also perfectly located close to everything in the town, but far enough that it felt quiet and peaceful. Our hot water was very inconsistent, and we took several uncomfortable showers. We also had small drain flies flying around our room throughout our stay.

Beautiful setting, kind staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, top notch margaritas and pizza crust, and I loved the evening vibe of the outdoor fire pits. The location is near to everything, but it feels slightly removed from the bustle, and right next to the amphitheater for stellar sunrise views.

Convenient, well maintained, loved out room with Jacuzzi on the balcony, amazing breakfast spread - baked goods are out of this world.

- Make sure you look at the stars at night from your balcony! - Beautiful, clean room with a view - Access to pool/beach towels - Super nice staff - Restaurants that were part of the hotel were super nice. We liked the breakfast and vegetarian place. - 7-15 min walk to basically any restaurant or store downtown and 5 min walk from the boats - Free parking - We really enjoyed our hamam & massage experience Walking up the hill to get there... but it's worth it! Also was slightly surprised I booked a pedicure but they didn't mention there's no nail polish in advance, but she did a great job so I didn't mind. Would be nice to have a cafe space where people could use laptops to work and chill.

To get the hotel you have to go up the street. Not suggested for old people or pregnant women.

Breakfast was good. They baked the different bread & pizza in breakfast. The city center is close to the hotel.

The location is unbeatable — just a short 200m stroll brings you to a stunning stretch of coast lined with cozy bars and restaurants. Whether you’re sipping a piña colada by the sea or taking a refreshing dip in the water, it’s the kind of spot that instantly puts you at ease. One of the magical moments of the trip happened right off the shore: snorkeling, I was lucky enough to spot a yellow Greek turtle on my very first dip, breathtaking! The property itself was thoughtfully designed. We loved the sea view from the balcony and the tasteful, calming interiors. The jacuzzi with a view added an extra touch of luxury. Towels, bathrobes, and linens were all top-notch — small details that really make a difference. Breakfast was served in a serene spot, and we also appreciated the nearby restaurant tie-ups. A special shoutout to Obura Mamus, a lovely vegetarian eatery, for their flavorful and fresh food! The staff were kind and helpful — they helped us organize a fantastic boat trip that included ancient ruins and more snorkeling. All in all, a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. We’d happily come back again.

The location is good within a good walking distance to the center of Kas and private parking space for the guests . The decorations are nice with the seaview at the restaurant for the breakfast. It can be very noisy to sleep when the loud speaker from the mosque.

Location with a private parking area if you have a car. The hotel restaurant for breakfast has nice seaviews. The loud speaker from the mosque nearby and the morning I checked out o saw a big coach roach ? near my bed.

We got the honeymoon suite and it was sweet. The main restaurant has an epic view and vibe. Highly recommend. Location, restaurant, room was very good. Bed, linens, pillows were fine.

They refuse to let us check in because I’m bringing 2 kids. (When we drive for whole day , bringing 3 luggage and 2kids, and we’ve been shout outside the door , imagine the feeling Then they told us to check with their colleagues to find a suitable room for us, fortunately they found one for family, but we need to pay for this room full rental and the room which forbidden to checkin , we can’t get any pennies Same company has suitable option, but we have to pay it Anyway, maybe they are just doing there job, but it’s enough to ruin your entire day The worst experience during my trip Strongly recommended hideaway hotel, same company but they do has lovely employees.
