Luff Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

The room was on the roof, very hot in the room, the air conditioner cools the room in about 30 minutes. The room is cramped; if a suitcase is lying there, you have to step over it. No elevator, have to climb up to the 3rd floor by stairs.

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed every bit of our time there. Upon check-in, we were kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed a fantastic view of the ocean throughout our stay. A special thank you to Emir, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we had rented a car, he took the time to explain the best parking options in the area, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We also made use of the hotel’s laundry service, which was quick and convenient. The combination of outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made for a wonderful stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kas. No comment.

Welcoming and checking in process were all nice and smooth. The design of the building, interior decoration and even smell were all aesthetic. The bed was really comfy and we really liked the cute yellow fridge and the matching yellow bathroom designs in our room as well. They were always willing to help us from right after the reservation to even after our checking out. They were very polite and friendly. We really appreciate for their hospitality. When we left the hotel, we felt we want to definitely come back here again. Thank you so very much LUFF Boutique Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to stay in Kas for sure.

Great location, stylish and new renovation of rooms

The staff were exceptional. We felt welcome the moment we walked in. The hotel was centrally located, and the rooms were comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was also great! Nothing we can think of.

The room lacks adequate space for opening luggage. If you have multiple bags, the open suitcases will take up most of the floor area. Since the location is very central, it can be noisy during the nighttime hours.

I like to keep my reviews honest and objective to help future travelers. Luff is not really a hotel but an apartment complex. The small check-in area is managed by young teenagers using a Macintosh computer. There are no elevators, so luggage must be carried upstairs. Breakfast is served at a sister property two minutes away and is reasonably good. The staff are polite, but this place should not be called a “boutique hotel.” This place should not be called a “boutique hotel.” It is merely an apartment. The rooms are quite small to the point that a standard sized suitcase cannot be opened on the floor surrounding the bed, there’s no room. Unloading luggage is difficult due to the narrow one-way street—cars honk as soon as you stop. A paid parking lot two blocks away is convenient and secure.

We stayed at the penthouse suite which was pretty but we had two issues. The ceiling was very low in most parts of the room. Really low. My partner and I kept hitting our heads walking around lol. The room is pretty but not functional for this reason. We couldn’t walk around the suite freely because of this ceiling issue. Our second issue was the AC which kept turning off automatically too often. We were there in July and the weather was so hot all day so we needed the AC on all day. We spoke with the staff and they explained that there are sensors which turn off AC automatically when there’s no movement which was not ideal during our sleep. I would wake sweating every two hours. The staff said these are laws by the City of Kas for the environment.

Located in the heart of Kas, the hotel is in walking distance to the small town beach and all the stores/restaurants. Their restaurant is at the other hotel, a short walk. Breakfast is very generous. The hotel is clean. The rooms are a bit small and there is no elevator. The room where we stayed has low ceilings, which was a little annoying for my daughter who is 6’ tall.

The property is well located within the vicinity of almost everything so there’s no doubt about the location. It’s a little bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Blanket for too thick for this season I had to take a cold plunge for one night since the water heating
