Just the food service and quality was good There is no location, it seems very suffocated. Rooms are too small and claustrophobic for regular category. The garden is not well maintained

Excellent food and Service. However the rooms were very small and there was no AC in room. There were bugs and water taps not working. Roads to hotel are so bad that the entire experience was dreadful.

The place is not prepared for international travelers. Menu only in hindi. International cards not accepted. Even reception barely speaks English.

The staff is wonderful. Waking up with a mountain view is also perfect. I also liked the food here except the breakfast which was very basic. It is one of those resorts where you spend the entire weekend at the resort without venturing out much. The great staff and service make the experience worth it. Please tip them well. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a pain as it's further off from the city centre and one has to pass through this awful road (courtesy the Mohan Meakin Distillery's refusal to fix their private road) which stretches for a couple of kilometres. The setting is a little rustic as advertised but I wasn't too charmed by it. Also, one should call ahead and ask about their neighbours and if you are traveling with your family you should make sure you aren't next to a boisterous boys group playing loud music that echoes in the hills till very, very late. I also thought that the food, although good, was a tad overpriced, but I guess that's how these places make their money.

Location was peaceful but is nothing to do here. On there booming.com profile they stated they are 250m from centre - this is a LIE! More like 5km!!!! This hotels is only for average local Indians. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, No bottled water! Menu is only available in Hindi. Staff were sweet but simple but management were not very nice. Also I was so disappointed that I checked out the next day and they would not offer any refunds even though they lied on their booking.com adverts
