The security was nice. The breakfast was not as expected, limited meals. Getting call at 8:30 for breakfast ready. Ordered chicken pasta, chicken was hard so sent back, guess what they sent the same pasta back. Asked to refill water bottles they handed me bisleri water bottles with a bill, when asked I don’t want that, the waiter said it is billed can not be returned. The staff is cold not much friendly. I added 2 adults and 1 kid but came to know the booking was done only for 2 adults had to pay huge for extra mattress for each night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff , and great first impression of arnisa kasauli . Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable and heated in winters . I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

To be honest this newly opened property is better then ...many good properties is kasauli. Peaceful Location Roof top terrace , Yummy food , Complimentary breakfast with lots of variety , Prompt service , Spacious rooms luxury kohler fittings Clean property Helpful staff huge Ample parking Away from hustle bustle of cities , luxury felling , Above all let me feel that I am staying in a luxury hotel. Thanks to capt. Planning my long stay here with my parents. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in kasauli. The breakfast was to our expectation. The hotel is located in center of dharampur and kasauli even if one wishes to walk around. All the rooms are heated which is plus in winters and access by lift. Will definitely visit again

Had an excellent stay for our trip to Arnisa this winter! Check-in/check-out process was quick and easy, the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful when we had questions, and the turndown service was impeccable. We did not opt for breakfast for our first few days, but wandered up one morning and were blown away by the number of options - definitely wishing we had taken advantage of that earlier. The location could not have been better for us, as it was our first time in the kasauli and we wanted to see as much as possible. Everything we wanted to visit - mall road , sunset point , monkey point , and of course church. The next time we visit kasauli, Hotel Arnisa will definitely be our first choice

Hotel is newly built the size of room was also very big ,Very well organised. Bed was too soft and soothing.the best part is its location. Situated exactly in middle of kasauli and dharampur . Room service was very good and spontaneous. Every single thing in the room and washroom was quality material . i had both breakfast and dinner there both were amazing

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kasauli

The look of the hotel We had a terrible experience in the restaurant. We asked for cornflakes, which they brought. They didn't tell us the milk was boiling hot. My husband who is disabled took one spoonful the spoon stuck to his mouth and lip and burnt them. They blistered immediately. All I got was a sorry but no immediate first aid was offered. He was in so much pain he had tears in his eyes. I would have expected atleast for the hotel not to charge for the breakfast as he struggled to eat. We got an excuse to say the slip has been registered and the best they could do was 15% off. Avoid using them if you can
