Rooms were spacious, good location, in house facilities were great & staff was courteous especially Sanjeev ji, the manager of Oren, made sure everything is in place & made our stay very pleasant. Only the very steep climb to the property entrance from the main road, but a 24*7 driver has been provided to take the cars up & down

Only view is good 1. The mattress, pillow cover and towel are all not clean as it should be in the hotel. Black dirt marks and sabji marks are on matress and you can easily identify spots. 2. No walking area or lawn is available playing are just for name sake. 3. The restaurant service is worst nobody will come and attend after your 1st order we were going to reception again and again for placing order. 4. No basic kit is provided everything is given only when you ask. 5. The whole thing comes at cost to service proportion. where cost is higher comparatively to services.

Nothing ? bad experience.. please don't visit here .food is pathetic..staff is abusive.. specially manager..AC doesn't work here.rooms height is of 7 feet only.i wasted my money.i request the owner of the hotel please fire the manager he is very abusive..
