Hotel Ballet School

The location is great, just in front of the seashore and great stop before getting into Split. The receptionist was borderline rude. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a rough week. I was about to say something but then decided to move on and enjoy my holidays. It doesn’t take so much to be a bit nicer.

Very quiet inland Mountain View room, can sleep with open window, large terrace and very clean room. Tasty breakfast and local beach just step out from the hotel.

Fantastic location on a private beach. Intersesting architecture. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant attached. Great breakfast.

Perfect location by the beach.

The front desk girl AnnaMaria never smiled made me feel that you couldn’t approach her with many questions I was a female alone in a country that I’d never been to before . I will never recommend this hotel to any one Not much the good was absolutely awful

The Hotel Restaurant is not attached to the hotel---that might bother some people... But it was a perfect setting, many outdoor tables viewing the beach, great food and wine, indoor area if it rains. Breakfast was nice, though all indoors....the outdoor patio/balcony area would have been a nicer set-up for me. I had the "best room in the house", so my recommends might not be appropriate for many of the other rooms. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The sand/beach was a few steps from the hotel entrance!!!! THAT WAS THE BEST PART!! And yet NOT A TOURISTY VIBE. Area feels VERY SAFE. The pictures on the website need to be updated.....so that expectations are appropriate. It is a REMOTE location.....not easy to just walk a block to pick up sundries you might have forgotten. The bus to Split is @8-10 minute walk---some uphill, which may be difficult for many guests. Bring water shoes for beach/swims comfort

Wonderful welcoming staff, clean, good breakfast, perfect location. Modernization and renovation would make it absolutely perfect.

Spacious room overlooking the sea with a large balcony. Included breakfast was nice. It's not the newest facility and it's showing it's age a bit.

Beautiful location on the beach. Hard to get to this hotel as GPS has a hard time getting you there. Parking was hard as lot was small. Hotel was clean but very outdated. Air conditioner was so loud and old.The beachfront location is the only good thing and there is a great restaurant next to it. Would not stay here again.

Great location right at the beach. The food in the restaurant was very fresh and good. Reasonable prices. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Free parking. The facility is somewhat outdated. At breakfast some deli was not fresh, some rotten fruits. There were many smokers in the restaurant and the table manager was not happy with our request to give us a table far from smoking people.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious. For dinner there are a lot of various choices. Cleaning and changes of towels and sheets were done regularly. Staff was kind and friendly.

The restaurant is situated at ground level, directly adjacent to the hotel. In the evenings, my room - which was positioned right above it - was filled with a variety of aromas and noises drifting up from below.

Breakfast was good. Nice beach nearby. The restaurant there had great food. It was pretty easy to walk along the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The access to the hotel is a bit complicated thru the small roads. Google maps is driving you to the restaurant on the other side of the hotel.

The location is very beautiful and my child enjoyed the play area. The Hotel includes breakfast dinner which is a good option. The balcony was full of smoke smell which was a bit uncomfortable for us to enjoy the evening and it would have been ventilated well or some pleasant room perfume can help.

Good value for money

We landed in Split airport and it took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Because it was nighttime, it took us through narrow roads to reach it. At night the hotel looks like as if it's located in quite a quiet area. First we had been offered a room on the ground floor and I usually don't like ground floors. So I asked the young girl at the reception to change it so she offered us a third floor room with a nicer view to the sea and the garden. The room is very nice, big, clean and comfortable. It has air-conditioning and fridge. We wake up in the morning to see the beautiful beach and sea full of swimming and children. I loved the location. It's active and restaurants and shops nearby. And the beach was really nice. The water is amazing and has some inflatable climbing frame. Yes it a public beach but it's well looked after it and it's just at the door of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but nice. I enjoyed staying there. Split hotels are very expensive, so we choose this one as its price is reasonable and has car park spaces either inside or the road just outside the hotel.
