We loved absolutely everything! Starting from the check in, everything was smooth and we had a warm welcome. The room was great, way more than what we expected. We got the pool access room and it was totally worth it. The staff were amazing, each and every one of them. The breakfast menu is amazing, everything tasted so delicious. The resort is close to the beach (walking distance) and there are many restaurants and bars around. Room service was also good and with a quick delivery. We enjoyed it very much. Definitelly would come back. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff was soo nice and attentive, the minute you walk to the lobby the place is clean, smell clean, beautiful, peaceful, location is nice the pool is spectacular the place is soo quiet. I would stay here again and again. I love everything about this place I wish I had stay more

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything needed. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the welcome drink offered upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I checked in. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything! Very clean! The pool is very refreshing and relaxing! Staff are super friendly! Nothing! Maybe the chair in the balcony was hard to move! But not a big deal ay all!

Everything was such a delight! We were greeted with yummy ice cream and tea and the staff at the front desk were super friendly. Our room was clean, cozy and quiet. The food was wonderful and everyone working were exceptional. Alex, Burn, Ing, and Jarjar all get gold stars! They were awesome! The location was just minuets away from everything but yet still quiet and safe. Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel is so beautiful! And the room was so comfortable with a large bath and balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. The staff here are amazing, they really made my stay, they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived! Wonderful stay at The Chanalai Romantica resort! ❤️?????

The breakfast was Amazing! It was a buffet with both Western & Asian choices. They make eggs of your choice and bring to your table. They have speciality coffees which are included with breakfast. The staff is so impressive & willing to assist with any questions. We love the swimming pool too. Our son & his wife joined us here & loved it too! Nothing. Keep up the good work.

Staff was great and very hospitable which was the best part of the hotel, location was great and the rooms were spacious The biggest disappointed for sure was the breakfast. We didn't even eat here later on during our stay because we felt the food wasn't good.
