The hotel is beautiful, the food is good and the staff is very friendly I didn't like the fact that I had to continously ask for toilet paper and water. In most days there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in a family room with 4 people and there was 4 bottles of water 500ml in that scotching heat. If a person has to drink a minimum of 2.5L a day, then we were supposed to have more that the bottles given to us. What also irritated me is when housekeeping gave us only one bath towel, I asked reception and they said they hotel is fully booked and they're running out of towels!! How the hell is that my problem, I paid for the stay & I expect them to solve their problems, it's none of my business that they're failing to manage themselves. Why on earth was my room not filled with towels, is it because I'm black, i really hated this action from them!!!

Housekeeping staff were excellent and always polite and helpful. Openly we were expecting more from a hotel but it has limited things to offer. One restaurant for whole hotel and sometimes it was limited due to some events for companies. Secondly nothing works after 10pm, no from service and hotel doesn’t accommodate flexibilities on that. Limited dishes for kids, we were ordering from outside only and had to pick up from reception at least two times a day. Imagine leaving your kids alone in the room and going to lobby to bring the food. That’s nonsense. Hotel is considered as family oriented but nothing kid to eat for kids from room service.

Proximity to the Kata beach and centre is very good. Room was clean with a nice balcony. Staff is amazing, helpful and responsive. Pools and restaurants are really nice, kids loved it. Hotel is located on a hill top, it could be challenging to go back to the hotel without using the shuttle service.

Great location and amazing food. The head chef personally engaged with guests to make sure their needs were met.

The room is spacious and serve a very nice breakfast buffet. The tour companies pick and drop at the hotel. Not very far from the old town. Everything is fine.

Laundry service took 3 days to return back my stuff extremely dirty as shown in the picture

The staff were great especially Nedear. She made sure we get our room as soon as possible and gave us an upgrade. Good hotel for families. The location of the hotel is on a hill so it can be difficult to climb the hill especially with strollers. However, they offer a shuttle service down and up the hill every half an hour.

breakfast was good and heaps of options Pool was lovely and pool bar staff were great -food was awesome of what we ordered. Room was dated but was large would be great for families, Beds were vey hard had to ask for a mattress topper and then another one - we choose the Novotel because normally standard expectations world wide but the beds were terribly hard would not stay here again just because of this.

Ocean view at room 401 is excellent and good for kids with the TeePee on the room. Air in room is clean. Staff is friendly and locationni good.

Good location close to Kata beach. Good pools and very convenient restaurants as well as daily kid's activities. The property is a bit old and slightly run down. Couldn't dry any of our clothes in the room due to the humidity that the AC couldn't deal with. Other than that,all good.
