الفندق قريب من بقالة سفن الفن و نايت ماركت و فيه مدخل خاص على الشاطىء و ملموم و فيه فعاليات تناسب العايلة .. انصح بالحجز فيه بقوة صراحة لا يوجد سلبيات

Its convenient locations The walls are sooo thin!!!!! you can hear everything in the hallway and the other room!

الموقع نوعا ما مناسب 1-الغرفة بدون تهوية والرطوبة عالية 2-من الوصول تاخرو في اجراءات الدخول وانتظرنا اكثر من 40 دقيقة بالحر 3- المفارش كلها بقع وطلبت تغييرها( التأخير كان لتجهيز الغرفة!) 4- الفوط مهترأة وبها ثقوب 5- سلة المهملات كلها صدأ 6- رائحة مجاري مزعجة من احد حمامات الغرفة 7- الافطار دون المستوى وتركيزه على الاسيوين رز ورامن ونودلز ولا تجد اجبان او خيارات افطار عالمية 8- كاسات بلاستيك كلها علامات وواضح انها قديمة جدا ، لا يستطيع اي كائن طبيعي ان يستخدمها 9-اكيد هذا سبب وجود خيار واحد للدفع عشان تدفع كامل المبلغ وتضطر تجلس فيه

This is our second stay at OZO, and have recommended to friends visiting Kata Beach. One of the best international breakfast buffets around. Staff is very helpful and work hard to keep the facilities clean and organized. Makes for a relaxing stay in Phuket.

Its kids friendly. - Most of the clients were family with young kids and only option was the pool and swingless playground. I would expect a kids club to entertain kids when its not suitable for the pool. If the weather is not good so you dont have any other option than staying in room. - The other thing is there were not enough storage in the room. Also there wasnt any balcony or any window that will open. I understand it was the cheapest type of room but at least i expected to window to be open. We stayed 6 days and trapped in the room with no fresh air in the room.

Good location, close to the beach and on main street of Kata. Nothing really special about the hotel - basic rooms, small pool, standard breakfast. The hotel that you not really missing.

Great hotel, ultra-nice staff, very family-friendly: With three boys ages 3, 8, and 10 - they spent hours daily in the pool and water sliders. The food was good. Activities were fun (swimming pool, aerobics, kids movie night every night, billiards table in the "chill room", and more. Two things (not the hotel's fault, but) worth mentioning: - The location is very central - young kids can't be left alone near that main road, don't expect 'islands chill' in the evening... - The closest beach is noisy and crowded.

The location was great. The rooms were comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The beach was lovely, and having towels to use was very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and polite. The options for after check out were amazing. It would have been nice if the pool and towels were available after 6 pm.

The room, plentiful storage, pools, and the short walk to the beach. The door to the shower did not close the whole way. Consequently water would go out onto the floor.

Everythung was good. A clothes dresser would be nice.

A/C was unreliable, we were not able to get appropriate temperature in the room. Noise in the room from outside until 02:00 to 03:00 am. Breakfast was below expectations.

I traveled as family of 3 kids 9,7,4 . OZO is where you need to go as family the kids enjoyed the pool and as parents will enjoy the location, the staff is friendly ask for May she was so helpfull , It worth mentioning that after check out by one day we came to know that we forget the ipad , we went back to OZO and the confirmed it and give it back to us . Nothing

we liked the location near to Kata night market, 7-11 ,coffee shop and restaurants also its a great area for family we didn’t like the room size to small compared to the majority hotel in phuket , the breakfast was average
